I called two days ago just to check on the process, the man was very polite and pleasant, he said I should be receiving some communication in a couple of days---I haven't. I am trying to be patient because of the time of year. The one disconcerting thing, the info from that conversation, my account order history, and the few e-mails have not been consistent. But like I said I will try to be patient and understanding and if things work out for the better I will then be able to make a far better evaluation of my purchase experience."
