"The rifle that I bought from WH was fro shipped from the manufacturer to the licensed dealer I chose locally. The manufacturer provided a copy of their FFL, however, federal law requires a FFL from the party the weapon was purchased from, in this case , WH. When requested, they(you) could not/would not provide one.
Very curious that a gun dealer of your size could not or would not provide such for this sale. Further, the sale now has fallen apart due to the lack of certificate and the gun is being shipped back to the manufacturer."
