"I have been an event planner for over 10 years. I have placed many orders with multiple different countries. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional company. They are unaware of what their inventory is, they allowed me to place a order. They were out of stock on the items and never called me to let me know. They instead emailed me at 7pm asking me if it was ok to ship my order without the items. I replied yes. Instead I find out the next day my order was never shipped even after I had called their company over 3 times the previous day to inform them the urgency of needing the items. I placed multiple calls to the company to see if my company will ship today since it didn’t ship yesterday , they can’t find my order, they don’t have a manger available, it is now 11 am and they still don’t have a manager available. I express to them how unhappy I am with how they conduct business and that I will be writing a bad review on them and shortly I receive a email from them saying they have cancelled my order because I said I would use my first amendment right of freedom of speech and make others aware of how badly they conduct bussiness
This company has no structure , no customer service and horrible communication "

"I needed some linens in a hurry and paid for expedited shipping. I received an email from Weddinglinensdirect.com telling me that they had changed the shipping charges to a lower amount because based on my proximity to their warehouse, they were sure they could get my order to me on time without the need to pay for expedited shipping. An hour later I received an email from UPS to tell me my order would arrive the next day. Now that is what you call 5 Star Service ! "
