Terrible order experience

"This company took forever to process my order and had no transparency. I emailed, called, left messages, and still all they could tell me was that my order was processing (why I don't know) or that they were waiting on my Dr. However, I directly uploaded my rx several times for them. Why do you need to reach my Dr when her written prescription was provided SEVERAL times? The website was horrible to navigate and wouldn't let me log in to see what was happening with my order as it was always under construction. Shipping was very slow as well. The whole process from when I placed my order to when I actually received my contacts was almost a month. Absolutely ridiculous. The value is not worth the hassle. I'll never order from them again."

As contact lenses are a medical device their prescriptions are brand specific. Since the brand ordered did not match your prescription we had to verify the order with your doctor's office. Contacts not coming

"I have used WEC for years and have liked the service, but this past order I placed I didn’t realize my prescription on file has expired. My order was taken, my card was charged, but no contacts were coming. After several weeks of no delivery and me dwindling down what lenses I had left, I realized my order never came, so I e-mailed the company . They told me my prescription was invalid, I needed a new one- fair enough, but maybe let me know that my (charged) purchase was not coming? Then maybe I could take action before running out of lenses. "

2 months later, still no contacts

"Ordered contacts 2 months ago, get an email from them asking if I got my contacts yet, if not, wait 2 days and contact them. Went online and see there's an issue with the order. They couldn't tell me that, make me send an email and go through all that. Still no contacts! BS"

"Well I will be truthful at first I was very disappointed in there services but when I sent a email trying to figure out the issue they explained to me what I needed in order to get my contacts delivered. They were very respectful an once the issue was worked out they shipped my order that same day. An ive had many online companys ive gone thru an by far this one is best overall in shipping price customer service an well I would be more then happy to stay with this company "

Needs improvement

"I gave my optometrist's phone number when I placed my order, but WebEyeCare either never called them didn't follow through. When I contacted WebEyeCare a week later to try to get my tracking # they said they hadn't even gotten my prescription yet! And no one had contacted me to let me know there was a problem! How many more days would have gone by before they let me know there was a problem? When I (and most people) order lenses, we have about 2 weeks supply remaining, and cannot afford to lose a week due to lack of following through. Seems to me Webeyecare is understaffed, and is not able to make the necessary calls to process orders in a timely fashion."

Where are my glasses?

"You asked for my experiences with webeyecare. At first buying contacts is hassle free no issues there. But my glasses. I ordered 11/7/20 and it's still processing with no further info than that. Call customer service, email, chat no more information just order is processing. Not the service I was expecting. I need my glasses. Hoping I didn't get played by this company "

Easy and efficient

"I was able to order lenses in a matter of minutes without having my prescription on hand. Verification took 3-4 days from the date that I placed my order. Many other websites offered rebates for the lenses I purchased however webeyecare did not. Now just waiting for them to arrive! "
