"I purchased a mattress on Nov 19th and it was never delivered, I kept getting an excuses and lies.
they kept apologizing to me every time I called them and kept promising me that i should get the mattress with 24 - 48 hours.

Utter rubbish stay away!

"Shocking service, ordered bed and frame arranged delivery and took the day off only to find delivery cancelled on same day! She I ordered they added a set of duvets which I had not ordered. I was refunded but what an absolute disgrace, I won’t buy from here again and I would urge everyone else not to either!! "

"I was watching an area rug to purchase for around a month now. I was not in a hurry for it, so I waited for the Black Friday or Cyber Monday deals for a better price. For Black Friday, Wayfair raised the price of the rug by $10. For Cyber Monday, they raised the price again by another $10. I will be looking elsewhere to purchase the rug. "

AVOID WAYFAIR AT ALL COSTS!!!

"AVOID WAYFAIR AT ALL COSTS!!! if i could mark negative stars i would! i ordered a bed (so a big ticket item) as a Christmas gift. to be the only big ticket item of my sons Christmas presents as money is very tight and i could barely afford this in the first place and scrimpt and saved to give my son the only this he really wanted but did not ask for as he knew i couldn't afford it. i was assured by the online chat that i could track delivery to make sure he was not in and the gift could be hidden until Christmas. Delivery was scheduled for the 03/12/2019 and i made sure he'd be out all day that day. Today 02/12/2019 my son opened the door to a delivery from wayfare that promptly announced to him "your double beds here" In that instance Christmas is ruined, there is now no surprises for Christmas and i cant afford to buy anything else so there is at least a surprise gift. In tears as i write this for both my sadness for my son, the disappointment of my hard save money surprise being ruined by this company and in anger for their attitude. i checked my email for updates from them, nothing there, i checked their last email it said 3/12 it also had a click here link for updates (which i had religiously been checking daily) and at this very moment it still says delivery 03/12 even though the item is in my hallway. I called them and their response was its not really their problem and i should be happy its been delivered early, their dates are just estimates (so good luck if you take time off) and they will not compensate me in any way so there will be no gifts this Christmas , Thanks wayfair.. you ****. Doing something you said you'd do when you said you'd do it is not hard Wayfair, thousands of other companies get the deliveries right, perhaps you should not be in the online orders business if you cant deliver on what you offer, seems dishonest to me. They did after i insisted they log it as a complaint (they did not want to take my complaint over the recorded phone call until i told them i would report them to consumer services for refusing to take a complaint) offer me 10% off my next order with them!! they've taken all my Christmas money so were am i to get more to make this new order and what is 10% off going to help me? Most importantly is why would i support a company that has zero care for its customers, accepts zero liability for its service or the part it played in ruining a family's Christmas, why on earth would they think i would ever want to order from them again?

I'm angry at what you've done to me and how little you care that you've done it as it means nothing to you and everything to me. so i'm going to post my story on every review sight and platform i can, warning people. I know you wont care as there's always the next sucker to take advantage of their trust in you. I'm confident that you wont care about any business this review looses you and i know any expectation that this will change your policies or improve your service or in actual fact benefit me in any way is a pipe dream, so why am i doing this at my time and expense? If i warn even one person away from Wayfair that you cant benefit with very little care and effort of someones hard earned savings then ive done my bit to avoid this happening to them and for you benefiting from it financially.

Worst experience ever - left to deal with damaged parts which they won't take back.... so dumped here.

"Worst experience ever. Ordered wardrobe in June. Parts arrived in September, 6 pieces damaged. Complained and provided replacements after 1 month. 1 month later they deliver the wrong parts. replacements ordered, 3 items arrived instead of 4, and guess what? 2 were damaged. It is November. I've been living out of suitcases for 2 years, and Wayfair cannot send a wardrobe without damaged parts. Have explained packaging is bad and the quality is bad, yet they don't seem to improve on this. Have now requested a full refund and collection of the parts. Never ordering from Wayfair again.

Update - Wayfair gave refund but the delivery/collection company have refused to collect the parts because some of it is out of it's packaging. They want me to invest time in packing all the parts in bin bags (my own). What difference will damaged parts be in bin bags????
Alternative is get rid of it myself --- pushing responsibility to me.
Or give it to charity - again pushing responsibility to me - which charity will take it?

Never again ordering from Wayfair!!!!

Wrong Rug - won’t admit it

"Wayfair sent me the wrong rug - similar, but wrong. Different item #, different company name who makes it, totally different rug. They claim it’s the same rug, and the picture just needs to be updated. Totally disappointed with Wayfair, as I was excited about that rug. Not sure if I’ll ship there again. "

Terrible Customer Service and subpar shipping practices ..bad experience

"I need to think twice if I am ever to order from Wayfair again. My first order and nothing but issues with shipping and delays and their customer service is some of the worst I have ever seen. I ordered a patio set from them and followed up on delays in shipping and they had nothing but excuses. One rep said one thing, another said another thing and no one could get their story straight. They ended up cancelling one order and giving me 10% off next order but why would I ever buy anything from them again. Shabby practices and unreasonable shipping expectations make this company hard to do business with. "

Upset , very !

"This company lies to its customers , or at least to us ! We bought a table from Wayfair , they said they would deliver it November 7 th then the 11th then they called and said we are running late in deliveries and it would be delivered around 7:30 last night . Never happened !! Then today they said it would be Thursday before they could deliver it ! So we asked them where is the table ? They said Groveport Ohio , just a few miles from where we live !!they said we could pick it up ourselves . It’s 23 degrees outside and my wife and I are in our 70’s . So now I have to go get it myself! We will not recommend this company to anyone , in fact we will tell others to not buy from you . You must have a reputation of bad service I’m thinking ! You are a bad company in our opinion! "

Absolutely Appalling Experience

"Absolutely horrific experience with them. I took off work to have couch delivered today and driver said they aren’t paid to carry it up 4 flights only 2 after I made it clear when I ordered it will be 4th Floor. The manager called Tammy was just as patronizing and unhelpful in getting the couch delivered using excuses like couch was too heavy. Hmm wonder if they knew how heavy it was when they carried it from warehouse to truck! Will never order from them again! Inconsiderate and unprofessional to say the least!"

horrible experience

"JUST DON'T buy from wayfair.
i made a really annoying and terrible experience with wayfair and would NOT recommend to use this company.
i ordered a book shelf and a small desk and both deliveries went completely wrong - one was late for days and i was never updated or informed properly. when it finally arrived, the screws i needed to build it were missing in the parcel. i ordered the item over two weeks ago and i haven't gotten any screws to build up the shelf yet! i keep getting e-mails, telling me that the delivery is getting postponed from week to week.
with the other delivery - it took up to one week to find out where the package was delivered to. i was told several times that the parcel would be in a local parcel shop, i went there three times, even the shop keeper tried to help me and find out about the missing parcel. i called / e-mailed / messaged on facebook etc the delivery company many times to find out where it was. i finally found out that the parcel was shipped to my neighbours house and i didn't know anything about that.
as i have had troubles with both deliveries, the only thing that the customer service of wayfair said to me, was that they would send me a 10% discount for the next purchase. I never got that e-mail!!

Despite of that it only brought problems and stress with it, and loosing time and money. calling them, ordering their products, asking for any help or service just resulted in loosing even more time and being disappointed and let down. i am still waiting for the shelf-screws, i never got the 10% discount email which apparently was already sent a couple of times etc... everything very stressful and disappointing!

Terrible delivery team

"We had purchase a pool table from Wayfair in early September and it finally arrived at their warehouse mid-October. It was schedule to be delivered to my house last Monday between 3-7pm. I had paid extra for the "Room of Choice" delivery service. The Wayfair driver showed up to my house Monday at around 5pm with the pool table in his truck. He then said he won't be able to move it unless into my requested room until he get more help therefore the delivery will need to be rescheduled. The delivery lead called me few minutes later and we agreed on a new date and time where he will have a 4-man team available to delivery my pool table.

It's now Thursday. We had scheduled to have the pool table delivered today between 8am and noon. I received a text from Wayfair at 7:51am stating my pool table is on its way and will be arriving. Like Monday, I blocked out my work meetings and other activities to be home for the delivery. The 4-hours went by and no delivery showed. Around 12:30 I had to call Wayfair asking the status of the delivery scheduled for today. After 50 mins on the phone and being on hold several times, Wayfair finally got confirmation from their warehouse that there was another delivery mess up and they did not have the 4-person team. Now someone from Wayfair is suppose to call me within the next 24-48 hours reschedule the DELIVERY FOR THE 3RD TIME for maybe sometime next week.

I've now wasted/lost two days and close to 8 hours of my time waiting for a Wayfair delivery that I still have not idea when it will be reschedule to. This is absolutely unprofessional and ridiculous from Wayfair; especially when I'm use to a world using Amazon Prime, Costco delivery, Uber eats, etc....

they lie and keep lying

"They lie from the start and keep lying. I read the Q and A about a product. After i receive the product and end up talking directly with the manufacturer, turns out info about my product PROVIDED BY A WAYFAIR employee is wrong. Even when I point out the error, they don't correct it.
When I order, they ask for my phone # just for "delivery." No, right away they use that same phone number to send me a text thanking me for my order. And today, after product was delivered 2 days ago, they've call me 2X AT 7:30 ON A SAT MORN. (!!!???) I didn't pick up because I didn't know who it was. neither time did they have courtesy to say why calling in a voicemail.
Product arrived damaged. My alternatives were too send it back which would've been a huge hassle since the item is big, or get a 12% discount on purchase price. I offered to send photos but no, 12% is highest they go.
My first and last time to buy from Mayfair. They ****.
