"I ordered a watch with a white face. I had to go through a whole review process and obviously give plenty of personal information to the company since it was an expensive purchase. After they charged by credit card I was called a week later stating that they no longer had the white faced watch that I purchased but only had rose gold etc. I said no thank you please refund my $. I also made sure to mention that it was odd and unprofessional to sell me this watch, go through a lengthy approval process and not even have the right watch in stock. They apologized and said they would refund the watch. It is already July 26th, more than 25 days post the purchase and the charge remains on my Amex. Thanks so much for your great service. I don't even know if this company is real. Needless to say now I am in a dispute with Amex concerning the charges from watchesonnet.com that was never taken off."

"Ordered a movado 0606307 because i found it online for $695 versus the $1000-$1200 price range i found from other reputable sites. Decided to order it while it was still available. Called the next day after i placed my order to check the status and was told my order has been cancelled because they over sold the product. But when I checked online the same day i called it was still up on their website and was still listed as available. On their site they claim they are all about customer service, here is their take on customer service from their about you page.

I explained to them that i was extremely upset about the situation when i spoke the representative name Brent. I told him i don't mind getting a rain check which they didn't offer. I asked him if they can offer anything else for the inconvenience yet he couldn't offer anything so i asked to speak to someone else who can and he said he was the supervisor. Asked to speak to the owner and then he claimed he was the owner. They obviously don't care about customer service because nothing was done to handle my situation. I wanted to give this non creditable website a chance but they are the exact reason why i stay away from these sites. Horrible service and false advertising. I recommend NOT TO DO BUSINESS with this website.

After writing this review, I was actually contacted by Chaz who works for this company to resolve any dissatisfied customers who make it public that they are not happy with the service.
Chaz was unable to get me the watch I originally wanted but he was more helpful as far as working with me on another watch I liked. I ended up getting a Gucci watch instead at a great price because of the experience I originally dealt with. If all the associates were as helpful as Chaz I would definitely do business with this company all the time.

Based on the overall experience and how happy i was with the watch i recieved, i would give this company another shot. Great prices are hard to find on high quality watches. "
