"I ordered a high end (to me) watch with some reservation due to some of the reviews and low price. With little to no concern with being ripped off completely I submitted the order.
A few days after the order I'd not received shipping confirmation and called in to ask for a status. I was promply greeted by Brent. He confirmed the order was received and something had fallen through the cracks with shipping, but assured me he would address it. With nothing heard same day my concern was elevated. I spoke with Brent the next day now Tuesday 5 calander days following initial order. He assured me the watch was in route now, and increase the shipping to 2 day UPS.
I received the watch 7 days after the order was sumbitted can can say I'm overall happy with the watch and the purchase. The money saved was well worth the few follow up phone calls."

They called me immediately to inform me that the box for my watch had been accidentally damaged and would I be willing to accept a different box or would I prefer to wait a few days until they could get a new replacement box. Unfortunately, I missed the message and called back a few days later. I told them I'd be OK with a different box but asked if they could send it right away.
