Impossible to get a refund

"It has been more than THREE months trying to get my online order figured out. The third party seller sent me the wrong item after a month of ordering. They kept saying they were going to send the right item which never came. Now to get a refund of only $50 (??? Like common!!!) they want the wrong item sent back but I have to pay for the return with my OWN money (which Walmart says I will get reimbursed but isn't telling me how exactly that will happen even though both times I was on the phone with them I asked)!!!! I've been on customer service with Walmart twice now and still no money back they just keep sending an email to the 3rd party company who keeps saying the don't have a packing slip for returns. This is a company I dont trust saying send the item back (which I wouldn't have a problem with IF they have a return slip I could print out and use to mail). I just want my money back at this point. Ordered item beginning of May it is now August. I will NEVER be ordering from them again. If I had ordered from another company I would have gotten my refund by now 100% without the headache. "

Don't order fruit or vegetables

"On the phone for 1 hour trying to get a refund fora $2.44 box of strawberries that were completely worthless-mushy-soft and full of fuzz. They refused because I had gotten some refunds in the past for other crap items they sold-But her's the best-They had to refund an entire order to me because their inept driver delivered the order to an unknown location-I called them within 2 minutes of their notice that the items were delivered but they could't be bothered trying to get the driver. So i took a refund and now all of a sudden it's my fault that they had to refund my money for something I didn't get or something I wouldn't eat because it was spoiled rotten crap.They are defintely not customer oriented-"

"They screwed up an online order that was supposed to be delivery and instead split it between pick up for some items, delivery for others. I’m done with their ineptitude and am only ordering from Amazon since they only do delivery. "

selling items out of stock ???

"WalMart has been hit or miss with me . This is the 2nd time in a couple of months , I ordered items expecting 2 days delivery ($35+) , FedEx tracking reports 4 days later they have not received the items from WalMart . The last time WalMart could not get the items they sold me . I have had several orders that arrived as advertised . I'm just "saying" don't count on WalMart for something you need on time , it may or may not be in stock and if it's not , they seem to hold the whole order up until they get the item they're out of . FedEx now thinks I might get my items 11 days after my order ? They still have not received the items from WalMart to ship ."

The difference between sellers shows up when there is problem

"I have ordered from Walmart occasionally in the past, with no problem. Back in January, I bumped into what looked like a great deal, a SodaStream with Glass Carafes. Normally this model is about $160, and it was on "year-end clearance" for only $60, from one of their 3rd party sellers. Since it was Walmart, I wasn't suspicious, and ordered it. It shipped promptly, and arrived promptly, but what arrived was a very tiny box. Hmm. The box contained a cheap, worthless digital watch.

I complained immediately, and got not helpful replies. Oh, we're sorry you don't like your SodaStream. We'll discount it $5 if you will keep it. Um, no. So, I had to return it. I couldn't take it back to Walmart. Walmart didn't care about the fact that it was a watch. They sent me a call tag, which we stuck onto the tiny box, and returned to the FedEx Onsite in a Safeway Store in Aberdeen, Washington. What happened after that to the box, I know not. They claimed they didn't get it, or, that what they got wasn't a SodaStream.

After a couple of contacts with Walmart, I was told they would order the merchant to give a refund. I did get a refund... for awhile. While it wasn't resolved easily, it did seem that it was finally taken care of, so, thinking the matter was behind us, I went back to buying from Walmart again. To my surprise, two months later, they reinstated the charge. I was furious. I contacted Walmart yet again, and got the runaround again. They need to contact the merchant again. Since he says I didn't return the SodaStream (which I didn't because I never got one), no refund.

I don't think the merchant ever intended to sell a $160 item for $60. I think it was a scam from the start, and the cheap watch was intentional. OK, fine. Walmart got my $60. Now, $60 is not a large amount of money since I have spent about $2000 a year with them the last 20 years, but it's the principle of the thing. They will never see another penny from me.

Shipment of tires lost twice

"I ordered a set of tires to be delivered to a nearby store location for pickup. The shipment was delayed a week and a half. It said online they had been delivered to the store, but when I called the store they had no record of them having arrived. This order was then refunded to me and a new set of tires was ordered with a 10% discount for the inconvenience. This discount was at least something. But with this second order, there were yet again logistical problems. The website said they had been delivered to the store, but the store checked the back room and did not find my tires. Again they said contact the website. I called walmart.com again and politely explained how frustrating this whole experience had been, which had taken almost a month, and I had nothing to show for it. They said they would refund my order. Apart from this, the maximum compensation they said they were able to give me was a promo code to "spend $45 dollars on the website, get a $25 dollars off". Now ask yourself, does this sound like it makes up for a over three week delay waiting for nothing, the phone calls with representatives that had no idea where the tires were, the bouncing back and forth between the website and the brick and mortar store, etc? For me, this waste a serious waste of time, and the promo code compensation a shrugged off gesture with very little substantive value."

Walmart in Stuart, FL

"That Walmart in in Stuart almost across from the Ford dealer is the worse in the State in Florida I believed. People skill is terrible. They need to fixed the system in that store. The eyes glasses employees are terrible. I order a pair of glasses with the insurance was $409.00. My glass got scratches from a tree branches that was hanging too low, and took the glasses to that Walmart and the one lady there told that the insurance was for the frame only. So I took it to another Walmart they sent the glasses to get fixed. "
