"Ordered Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows special pack from WBSHOP.COM for my son for Christmas. They shipped the order via UPS in a plastic bag and the DVD case and DVD were crushed.

Upon speaking with WBSHOP, I had to return the damaged DVD at my expense and then waiting 3 months for the replacement DVD I am now told they replacement is not available.

Consequently my son did not get his Christmas gift.

"Order placed on 11/17/11 for several items, all of which were listed as in stock. Order still has not shipped at all, despite several inquries, due to one item now on back order, with the estimated "in stock" day moving outward (now 2-4 weeks, was 10 days as of early December).

All I get when I ask for the remainder of the order, since these were intended as gifts, is that the one item is back ordered due to "demand" with no estimated date of arrival.

Horrible, horrible store.

"I placed an order for 4 DVD's that were listed as in stock on December 3. The web site also stated that I would receive confirmation of my purchase. I called on December 9 to check on my order because I had not received any confirmation. I was told the order was being processed and would ship in a couple of days. The order finally shipped on December 12 and I received it on December 16.
This is the slowest processing and shipping I have ever seen. I ordered other items from other sites a week after this and received them before this order.
If you need something quick DO NOT order from WB.

"Ordered some movies on November 23, which were listed in as being in stock (and are still listed as in-stock). As of December 14, I still have not received any shipping notification, and my order still shows as being "in process." Customer service just tells me that items are on backorder, with no estimate of when they might arrive.

WBShop really needs to get their business in order, and list the CORRECT stock status of items on their site (the way most reputable online businesses do in this day and age).

I will NOT be ordering from them again, even in spite of several successful orders I have made with them in the past. Being that there is no telling whether your order will arrive in a matter of days, or months, no price is going to tempt me to try my luck again.

"WBSHop "MAKING BLACK FRIDAY EVEN MORE STRESSFUL!"

I ordered the LOTR Trilogy BR set on 11/25/11 for $50. It said "IN STOCK" So I figured by today 12/12/11 I wouldn't be receiving emails from WBShop.com stating...
"SORRY WE ARE OUT OF STOCK, BACK ORDERED, AND CAN'T GUARANTEE A XMAS DELIVERY"

I emailed customer service and they were no help. "Sorry, we don't know when you will receive this" me: "Will it be BEFORE XMAS?" them: No idea.. sorry.

I then called customer service.
me: "When I ordered this it was IN STOCK and READY TO SHIP. What happened?"
Them: "We had a huge response and not enough stock!"
me: "So you kept selling it even though you knew you wouldn't have enough stock"
Them: Sorry sir, I am only the order help line"
me: "THEN HELP ME!! I, as probably 99% of the people that ordered this on your Black Friday deal ordered it for a Christmas gift therefore if we receive it on December 26th, or any day after, then it defeats the purpose!"

Them: "Would you like to cancel your order?"
me: "No I don't like to buy the same gifts over and over again".
Them: "I can upgrade your shipping to overnight"
Me: "At no charge?"
Them "Yes"
Me: "OK, that sounds great. So I will definitely get this BEFORE Xmas"?
Them: "Sorry sir, we have no idea and can not guarantee this"
Me " ...."
Them " Sir?"
Me: " Can you please tell me how many sets you are getting in compared to how many people are on your back order list?"
Them: "No, we have no way of knowing."
Me: "No way of knowing or no way you are telling me?"
Them: "Upgraded shipping or cancel it and buy somewhere else?"
Me: "I want the item, but I want you to know your company is terrible for treating customers like this. You don't sell items you don't have in stock and advertise them as IN STOCK. This is not good business and your online ratings WILL take a hit for this.

I'm Never buying from them again. I hope they close this website before anyone else buys from them.

WB, stick to terrible movies, TV shows, and overcharging people for internet access.... and stay out of retail!

"I purchased a DVD series that was listed as on sale and in stock. Three weeks later nothing had shipped and no emails, I emailed them waited a week and no reply.

Finally I called them and got the most rude and disrespectful person I have ever had the displeasure of being on the phone with. She told me they did not have my item in stock and that she had no idea when it would ship.

At this point I still had the charge on my CC account and just wanted the order cancelled and my money returned. At this point she became hostile and claimed that I had not been charged for anything (as I was staring at the final charge on my bill) I basically got nowhere with them.

I ended up having to contact my bank and they reversed the charge and I got my money back. This shop is despicable, I never imagined a store tied to a major studio like this could be so terrible!

Terrible service, rude employee's... stay the heck away from wbshop.com!

"Awful, awful company!!! Never order from them. Ordered sale items they were advertising. Waited a week then they sent me email saying they were sorry they didn't have them in stock and they cancelled my order. Sale was over but they are still selling them AT REGULAR PRICE.

OK. Now I’m very disappointed with the WBshop.com. You (WBshop.com) are obviously lying about "not sure where you are retrieving (sic) your description of the title from." I’m including two screenshots. The first was taken right after I noticed I did not get what was listed on your website. The second was taken this morning after you claim you have no idea where I’m getting that description from. Apparently, you decided to change the posted description to match what you are selling--after the fact--and claim that it was that way all along.

Just refund my money and I won’t tell everyone I now know or ever meet how crappy WBshop.com is. Thank you.

I don't see where it says that it is a 96 minute download. I'm attaching the screenshot (CAN'T DO THAT HERE, SO I'M COPYING TEXT OF DESCRIPTION OF WHAT I BOUGHT BELOW) of the description of the product. That description says this is a 5-disc collection with all four feature length TV-movies and the 13 episodes that followed. 96 minutes would only be the FIRST made for TV movie. "I bought a movie by download. It took over ten hours to download via my 12Mb connection. At times the download speed looked like dialup!

Supposedly the download purchase was for unlimited use including burning to DVD. DRM, however, blocks most use, and according to WB you need a Dell Qflix burner and Roxio software to create a DVD. Catch is, Dell no longer sells that device!

The download version is only $5 cheaper than the DVD, although from the reviews I see here, the DVD might never have shipped! WB customer service does not respond to contacts via their online form, and the toll free support number is perpetual hold.

"I ordered two movies from WB and although both are in stock I still have not received my shipment. E-mail confirmation said it would ship by the 6th of December. All e-mails go unanswered so it appears that they just don't care. There are other sellers out there who do care so I recommend that you avoid this seller and spend your money elsewhere."

"After reading some of these reviews, I was getting worried about making an order at WB, but my order was placed online on 12-15-10 and I received an email on 12-16-10 that my order has been shipped via UPS for delivery on or near 12-20-10, so this has eased my mind greatly. People tend to want to report the negative things, and forget to report the positive ones."

"Ridiculous. Unresponsive. Unacceptable. I ordered two blu-ray sets and they still have not shipped, as of the time this review was written, even though the items are advertised as "In Stock" on the order status. Customer service is limited to an online form and my questions have remained unanswered as to why the order is still in "Process". Hopefully they will respond to a Cancel request. I'm expecting no response or action as this seems to be the pattern from WBShop. Avoid this seller. There are far better choices."

"I placed this order and was sent an email stating it would ship by Nov.8th 2010.It is now the 15th and I've sent several emails and finally called them.Customer service is a joke-I asked when my order would come in and was told I don't know and when I asked if it would be this month I was again told very rudely that she had no idea and it would be in when it came in!I mentioned that the item they didn't have in, that was holding up my order was still for sale-she told me of course it was as they expected to get it in again sometime!I mentioned that there was nothing in the listing as of today stating it was back ordered or out of stock and the girl told me yea so!The listing even states that the dvd will ship in 7 business days if you order it today!The customer service is terrible and I now am in limbo as to when I will receive my order-It could be this week or it could be next year!!!!"

" Absolutely Horrible Customer Service!!!!!
Would give them a Negative Five Thumbs Down if that were possible.


In May I sent 4 HD-DVD Covers (Batman Begins, Blazing Saddles, Casablanca, & A Clockwork Orange) to Red2Blu.com. This is how they are described on the website, "Warner Bros. , in association with WBshop.com Presents: Red2Blu". For about $5 per disc + shipping, the HD-covers are supposed to be exchanged for the same BluRay Disc. The covers were sent via certified mail on May 12, and received By Red2blu on May 18, 2009. By June 1,2009 I had heard nothing from Red2Blu , so I called them at 1-***-***-****. I spoke with Cawnell. I provided Cawnell with all the info including their receipt date (May18,2009). Cawnell "checked things out" and then told me Yes we received it, but it hasn't been processed yet, "That's why you haven't heard from us. Give it anther week".
By June 15th I still had heard nothing from Red2Blu , so I called them again. I provided all the info again to Toni. Toni checked and then told me "I don't know what the problem is, we received your covers but the order still hasn't been processed. I will check into it and contact you soon."
Today is July 15.2009. Having heard from no one, I called Red2blu today. I spoke with Tom.
According to Tom. "They internally had a problem with my order, so they canceled it on June 15." I told Tom that no one had informed me of the cancellation. Tom said "It was reenterd into the system on June 18th." I replied" It's July 15th and from June 15 til now, I've heard nothing from Red2Blu. When will I get my order?? Tom replied, "Casablanca is on backorder, so we will send the order out when we get Casablanca." I responded, "And when will that be??" Tom apologized and said "I don't know." I asked why no one had mentioned that Casablanca was back ordered before, and Tom said it wasn't relevant. Now according to Tom, Casablanca has been back ordered since APRIL!!!! "Why don't you send me the other 3 disc now, and send Casablanca when it is available.", I asked. "We won't do that." , Tom responded.
After trying to get a reasonable answer from Tom about when I could expect to receive my order, and realizing that no such answer would be coming from him, I asked to speak to a supervisor.
I was given to Jessica (a supposed supervisor).
According to Jessica, "We have no information about when back orders might be filled."
I told her that I understood that she didn't have the information, I was asking if she could and would request the information. She repeated , at least 10 times that she didn't have the info. She never addressed my request to attempt to get the information.

To sum up:
Order placed in May, Covers were mailed May 12, and received May 18. Red2blu contacted June 1, and I was told to try back in a week. Contacted Red2blu on June 15 and was told "We don't know what problem is, we will look into it and contact you.
July 15 only after contacting Red2blu again, told, We had problems, so we canceled the order, sorry we didn't tell you, but we reentered the order on June 18, but you can't get the order because Casablanca is back ordered and we have no idea when it will be available. My request for them to attempt to get info on when back order might be filled was ignored. So if Casabanca which now they suddenly say has been on back order since April, stays on back order indefinitely, I'll never receive my order. No , they haven't charged me yet, but they have my covers and I have nothing.

If this were not a Warner Bros company I would suspect fraud, as it is this represents a horrible example of customer service. It's apparent that they lost my covers and don't want to admit it. One would think that after that screwup, they would attempt to fill the order as quickly as possible, or at the very least to provide the customer with information regarding when the order would be filled. After all Warner Bros is the manufacturer of the disc. Can they really not provide a disc that "Has been on back order since April", and does no one in the organization know when they will be capable of providing it again??
