It surprises me that the type of timing belt tensioner cannot be determined by the VIN but since the car is 31 years old, I understand. Will continue to use this as a parts source for my car. "
"Parts arrived loose in a huge box at least 4x larger than necessary. It was just luck that they were intact and undamaged. Inner box completely destroyed. A few bolts had worked themselves loose and had to be retrieved and reinstalled. Packing gets an "F", I have never seen worse. Price was decent and shipping pretty quick. I will not order from here again "

"They don’t mind taking your order and shipping it out right away but when there is an issue after application to your vehicle from there product provided and an issue there is no advice except we can exchange it. Great but what happened to your product incorrectly on my vehicle. Incorrectly because the paint was fine but the clear coat was completely dry and now I’m left w paint siting there on car and this store telling me go to a body shop. And won’t sent the clear coat until there entire product comes back. "
