"I drive two older model Volvo's, and '01 and an '04 and the online parts breakdowns are superb for finding the right part, the first time. It can be guesswork with other suppliers. My parts shipped the day after my order was placed, I got timely e-mail notification of my order status, the parts arrived as expected, and was well packaged.
And all the items were correct, and I had a fairly lengthy list of one off piece parts like individual bolts, springs, etc.. The prices are comparable to other suppliers for OEM parts and everything on my 'laundry list' of parts was in stock.

"I ordered mudflaps for my Volvo. The Rear ones fit perfectly. The front ones did not. I contacted them and they sent my a return shipping label and then the correct front mudflaps. "
"Easy to order and shipment was very prompt and arrived quickly. Shipping and Handling very expensive. My biggest complaint is that the replacement windshield wiper arm for my 2007 Volvo wasn't the same as the original arm on the car, and I have to replace the wiper to a hook type arm, and another site now says it's now compatible with my 2007 Volvo. I also ordered a replacement fog light bulb holder and the main photo of the part I needed was different than the part I got, and looking back at all of the figures on it, the figures aren't consistent with the others and the photo. So now I have a non-standard arm which needs a hook mounted wiper blade. I'll make it work, and I also made the fog lamp holder work, but I no longer trust the site to match the part I need with my Volvo. Looks like I'll go to my local Volvo dealer, and the discounted price on this site is largely or completely offset by the high handling and shipping costs, so I'll be trading convenience for part compatibility certainty. The missing piece was mailed out but I was told I needed to mail the used piece back and then they would replace it. Unacceptable service when a new part was ordered. Why is this my problem to work through? Pay a little more and try a different company as the customer service lacks here."
