"I ordered my glucosamine on 11/4 and it took until 11/14 to get here. It seems kind of slow, but I emailed them on 11/11 wondering where the stuff was, just inquiring, but I never got a response. Now that could be due to the fact it was Veterans's day, and maybe they had a 3-day weekend off. When I got it, it was a slightly different formulation than what I thought I had ordered. I can use it, but I'm pretty sure it's not exactly what I ordered. I can't even find the formula I received in their inventory. It may be my goof, although I am aware of both formulations, one with MSM and one without, so I doubt I would mess up which one I picked, but I suppose it's possible. Compared to other companies I've dealt with, though, this one is a little sub-par when you put it all together. I wouldn't tell someone not to order from them, but I probably wouldn't go back myself.
