"Started out great. Great priced product, great shipping charge (free). Then I get an email that says they're charging me an extra $3 for shipping. $3 for "free" shipping. I bought from VNF because of the "free shipping". If I would've known they'd sneak in a $3 shipping charge after I'd already paid I would've bought from somewhere else. Needless to say, I won't be returning to VNF for future purchases."

"I placed my order online on 3/3 which was on a Saturday so I will give them the benefit of the doubt. The problem though is they didn't ship my product until 3/8, 4 business days later. The other issue was the shipping cost. When I Googled my product, the webpage (not VNF) listed this as a site with free shipping, however I was charged shipping. I sent an e-mail to VNF after I placed my order and received no response. When I went online to track my order there was no place to track it. They do offer the ability to track your shipment. This was my first order from VNF and at this point I can't really say I was impressed, but not overly disappointed. I would say it's a toss up if I will go with them again."

"The vitamins were sent quickly but I didnt get what I wanted. I thought I was getting the mens one a day but recieved a one daily vitamin. This causes me to double up on some vitamins that I dont need. The webpage wasnt very clear on the difference. "
