"When I completed my order and the receipt came up I saw that they had my old address on file. So I called immediately to try to change it so it wouldn't go to the old address. This was a very difficult process, apparently, and not necessarily possible, but I was helped by someone kind enough to try. However, we got disconnected after around 20 minutes. The next woman wouldn't even try. I called a third time and got someone willing and eventually able to do it, supposedly. The whole ordeal took about 90 minutes. But at least the vitamins were coming to my correct address. Except they never came! What a HUGE waste of time and effort. So disappointed."

I ordered my item on the promotion day: buy that much in products and get another particular item for free. I placed my order almost a month ago where I did receive the product I paid for three days later. However, my free item was not delivered because it was out of stock. One week later, I called to see if the item is in stock. Great news! It is in stock! But, not delivered yet! Almost four weeks later I still don't have it!...I made five phone calls to Vitamin Shoppe customer service to see where the item is! The answer is the same every time: it will be shipped today or tomorrow! And, the customer service representatives are very unprofessional! The only thing they can do very well is to apologize constantly for something they didn't do!
The Vitamin Shoppe hope that we, customers, will forget about our free items! What a cheesy and cheating business! Shame on you, Vitamin Shoppe!"
