"I placed an order for $27 and received a confirmation email showing this price. When I checked my bank account the next day I saw I had a pending charge for $27 and another one for $49. I called Vitamin Shoppe and was on the phone for over 30 min, explaining that I only placed an order for $27 and never authorized a $49 charge. The representative I spoke with insisted that I must have made a mistake and must not have realized I had those extra items in my cart. Neither she nor her manager could offer any explanation of the $27 charge had been voided, and they told the obvious lie that it had been voided by the bank. I told the manager that I would not be ordering from Vitamin Shoppe again since they refused to cancel a charge that I did not authorize and he just said okay. I called the bank and they confirmed that the Vitamin Shoppe representative was lying, that the seller and not my bank voided the $27 charge. I a now disputing the charge since I never authorized it. "
"First, I ordered my products in July and didn't receive them until I sent several emails and finally posted a negative post on their Facebook. Only at that time could I get anyone to respond to my questions on the shipment.
Then I returned my products and they have never responded or refunded my money. I will never do business with this company again."

The company had not provided me tracking number or any shipping information of this product, and it is exactly 1 month since the day I purchased it. When I contacted them recently, they said my products was back-ordered (Well, I don't mind waiting for it but they should have let me know about its delay). I cancelled my product. No solution offered! Never buy here again or refer anyone buy here!"
"Been ordering from Vitamin Shoppe for years. They have a huge selection of products and brand names; almost always have what I'm looking for. My orders have always been correct and have arrived in excellent shape. "
"I have given Vitamin Shoppe multiple opportunities to get my deliveries right. I specifically asked for no packing peanuts....I was assured it was on my profile. they told me they were bio-degradable but in spite of asking several times for the packing material specs, they never were provided, and I continued to get my orders packed in them. I told Vitamin Shoppe 3 times that I would no longer order from them, and I NEVER got a response or apology. Their customer service is beyond poor. It appears to me they don't feel the need to keep their customers satisfied. "
"In regards to packaging I don't like the Styrofoam peanuts used in packaging. The static cling they throw off makes an annoying mess that's very hard to clean. I wish you had an alternative type of packing.
