took too long to resolve an issue. I found out that I has multiple accounts based on my status. I didn't feel that I was working with human beings. I also have a hard time agents identifying themsel ves with first names only and last name as an initial. Not user friendly. "

"A major issue has been following along by page numbers. If a professor is asking us to work on page 250-255 or look at the matrix on page 245, it is not possible. I have had to use the search bar using context as my one saving grace. The other major issues include how diagrams are viewed and how difficult it is to use the digital workbook.

Highlighting and note taking is easy. The many options to change the viewing option is nice."

"I enjoy the flexibility of their online text books for someone who needs to travel a lot, but they need to have better disclosures on which vital source texts come with extra content. I enjoy having the online practice tests but it's difficult to know which books actually come with the materials until after buying them. Half of the time I've had to buy an extra physical copy of the book to access the online resources. Other than that, I've really enjoyed their books. "
