"Easy to navigate and use both on desktop and Android platforms. Great place to store textbooks for uni research and subjects."
"Today I was trying to make flashcards and as soon as I go back to text I cannot paste to the flashcard. I have to save and go back to the editing.
The text in the flashcards is light and hard to see when making them.
My main "beef" is that the text is not fitted to the screen. I do NOT like using the scroll side to side. This makes for hard reading. And today I tried to up the text size and it wasn't working.
I like the search functions. The table of contents. I like that I can get my textbooks quickly and cheaper than hard copies. I imagine that it is more eco friendly....is it?

"General advice: I wish there were audio books of textbooks too instead of the text to speech. Text to speech is a great start! But an audiobook like recording would be even better - especially for math textbooks where the text to speech does not say the formulas or equations correctly.
"Compute Networks: A Systems Approach" by Peterson and Davie: I wish there were tabs for the sub sections. e.g 5.3 has sub sections 5.3.1 and 5.3.2 but on the left nav bar (on iOS) there is only a section for 5.3. I wish this textbooks nav bar were more like "Computer Networking: a Top Down Approach" by Kurose & Ross."
"Finding it difficult to search for new available titles in the app as well as on the web. Once they are located and purchased, the performance and experience is great."
"Trying to highlight text when using an iPad is a difficult exercise. No pencil support. App is about 10 years behind - Apple Books has greater functionality. Why the university persists with this platform is beyond me."

"Awesome has every book I have needed so far and digital. Prices can be a little cheaper please especially for rentals. Thanks "
"I was glad to find a place to read the books. They are not available to download to my Kindle so I was looking for a place to read online. The app does not allow you to go to each chapter or back to a previous chapter. It will randomly jump back to a previous chapter if you aren't carefully turning the pages. It is frustrating but doable. "
"Without VitalSource Technologies, I would be screwed for my communications course. I was late ordering my textbook, and, as a result, it would not arrive in time for me to complete my first assignment.
Easy to navigate. Less stressful for me. Win Win, as far as I can see. Thank you"
"I get my textbooks from Vitalsource for my studies. I can always find what I need and I love how I can download my books immediately after making a payment without having to wait compare to buying a hardcopy textbook. The Vitalsource App is very easy to use and navigate on either my computer and tablet. Also, I love how I can highlight and add notes. The read aloud function is a bonus. "
"I've found e-books to have many advantages; unfortunately, printing is an issue. One of my current textbooks wants us to "write our test results on page 56 and fill out a plan" but it will not allow me to print that page. I have noticed this on other e-books, too, but not all. Frustrating. Otherwise, I would give five stars!"
"Let's me sample books! Its the best!! Thanks!"
"It's nice to be able to buy electronic textbooks; the voice choices to listen to them are extremely distracting and it is hard to concentrate on study materials. I would not recomend this platform form anyone with ADHD or perception disorders. I wish i had not spent my money on these and chosen actual books."
"The app is not working properly. Read to me highlight goes ahead of voice or disappears altogether "
"I always use this for classes because it’s way cheaper than the university bookstore. Never had an issue with the website:"
