Do not place an order with Vitaglo

"Vitaglo posts on Google shopping. Vitaglo purports to have the lowest prices on popular products which on the surface they falsely do. They prey on the ignorant. When you place the order you don't get the product and they immediately charge you. They ask you to email them with concerns but never reply. When you call, a man rudely answers claiming they did not charge your account which is false! Then the Vitaglo man, who refuses to give his name abruptly hangs up. "

Worst Experience Ever!!!

"After placing an order and not hearing anything for six days, I called them. They say they were meaning to email me asking for $10 extra shipping charge. Really poor communication and bad practice... I refused to pay of course and cancelled the order!"

new york service, low prices and fast

"Ok, my third time reposting this essential review, as I truly cannot believe the bum rap Vitaglo is getting. The best prices on the products I buy (KAL Stevia Extract specifically). Sure, it's a small business and "New York" style - abrupt, quick, no BS, but it IS actually pretty good. I emailed an inquiry in and a few days later I got an actual phone call back. i appreciate the personalized service has always been very fast in each of the 5 or 6 times I've ordered from them."

Rude - Arrogant - NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

"I placed an order 9/25. Confirmation said item arrive by 9/28 and to check status & tracking click the supplied link. I checked the status several times and there was NO status nor tracking. I had to call today to check on the status. Every time I asked the question about status I got transferred 3 times and all including and especially Mike was rude & disconcerned. Finally someone told me that item was out of stock. I said fine, when will it be in stock & why was I never notified that my order was never filled or informed that there was no item. She replied that "was above her pay grade and had to go" as she hung up on me. Folks this company is basically hostile to their customers. I would recommend you buy elsewhere. You will NOT get decent (forget good) customer service here and I expect they will be out of business soon."

BUYER BEWARE!

"If I could give such a rating, this business would receive -5 stars! I placed an online order for Bioray NDF, 4 oz. bottle on 5/20/20, and received order confirmation immediately. After not receiving my order after 11 days, I called, and Mike, the owner, told me that it had to be special ordered because it's a size they don't normally carry and that it should arrive the beginning of the next week. On 6/11/20, I called again because I hadn't received my order, and I asked for a full refund to my credit card, which Mike promised he would do. It never happened. I called again on 6/30/20, and he stated that the shipment had come in and he'd get it out right away. It's 7/15/20, and I've not seen my product, for which my credit card was billed $174.85 on the date of the order instead of at the time of shipment, nor has my credit card seen the promised refund. I made the mistake of not looking at the reviews before placing my order so it's a hard lesson learned. It appears that Mike makes his profit from online orders which are never filled and never refunded. He wouldn't likely get away with such fraud by treating his store customers that way so those are the people that give him great reviews. I'll not order from VitaGlo again! I hope someday he'll become a man of integrity, truly desiring to help the people who purchase from him instead of loving the money he steals from them. ~Sheryl V."

Beyond RUDE!!!

"I placed an order & after 2 weeks of not receiving it I checked my email to see when it was suppose to be here. I then clicked in my order & it said Cancelled. I called Vitaglo to ask why I was never notified of the cancellation & the owner was very rude! He said I don’t have the product your order was cancelled. I said why didn’t you notify me to let me know it was cancelled? I have been waiting for it. He said well your order was cancelled & then hung up. My dad called back to speak to the manager & ask if Vitaglo was a small business? He wouldn’t answer the questions. He just got more rude & said what do you want? My dad wanted to find out why he was so rude to me & he just got worse with him. I will NEVER do business with Vitaglo again! I had bought hundreds of dollars from this company & hadn’t had a problem until now. I can’t believe this guy is still in business! "

Stop stealing people's money!

"After asking multiple times for a service update, my $50 order is still not here--months later. I do not know if it is worth the time and effort to try to recoupe my money. I will never see that order. It goes without saying this company is no longer of fulfilling orders. Believe it or not, used to be good about a 15 years ago!"

Terrible fulfillment and poor customer service!

"I ordered 4 bottles of Zinc 50mg a week or so ago.
I had to follow up with them to get tracking info.
When the package arrived, there was only 1 bottle!
So I called and the man was very short with me and said he was expecting more in (but offered no date).
When I ordered online it showed that the 4 bottles were in stock!
So I wrote back and asked for a refund. No reply.
So the next day I called and again the man was very short with me and said he'd issue a refund.
Days have gone by and no refund, so I started a Paypal dispute.
This money should have been refunded immediately; moreover, they never should have partially filled the order without checking with me first.
Stay away !!!

Worse Website and Rude Representatives

"I order Myogenic blue rasberry Hyershock Pre Workout. I waited two weeks and called the company. They said they do not have the item in stock. I asked should your company send an email or phone call stating that? I spoke to a representative and he asked would orange flavored Hypershock be adequate? I said yes. The shipping still took over a week to arrive. It was Hypershock berry flavor, wrong packaging, wrong flavor and the size was not even correct. I called and emailed the company. I have sent photo of what was on their website to what items were shipped. DO NOT EVER order anything from this company. This is the first and last time I will ever order and have told all my friends and family to never order from this fraudulent website. I just called my credit card to dispute this charge.

OMG! This outfit is the pits!! I ordered stuff weeks ago. Where is it??!!

"Their web site is from 1980s ! Couldn't track my big order because their site is dysfunctional. Called them to see where my order is.. They guy who answered was the rudest most obnoxious person he deserves to be sacked and this site deserves to shut down. Will never order from this place again. They used to be ok like 10 years ago ..."

Avoid ordering from Vitaglo

"I've ordered from Vitaglo a few time and they are pretty cheap on one of the products that I buy in bulk. For me, the delivery was always fine; however, Vitaglo likes to sneak in expired products in the batch. I called the company up and the guy who answered told me to send it back and hung up on me before I could even ask him about giving me a label. After repeated calls, he emailed me a label but never gave me back my money. I put a stop on my credit card and the he said that not only would he not give me back money for what I returned but that he would bill me extra claiming that it's for blocking the payment. It took me a long time to sort this out, and I decided not to order from them anymore. If I could give you an advice, check the expiration dates."

We ordered an item, they sent wrong item and says he will not pay for shipping charges on return! Also, he was very rude and hung up! Bad!
