"When I placed the order, I knew I needed the RX from my vet. Nowhere on the website does it indicate that VetRx has to fax my vet then wait for them to fax back the RX. I thought they could just call up for authorization. It's only cat medication, not narcotics. That held up my order. Then I never got a shipping confirmation. In the meantime I went on vacation. When I got back, the only emails I had in my inbox stated that my order was still pending authorization. I emailed them back and THEN they stated that my order did finally ship. I looked at the tracking info and apparently USPS missent the package (Not the company's fault) and that delayed the shipment even more. Then when I contacted the company again, they didn't even care. They said, "Once it leaves our facility, it's not our responsibility." Really? You don't care whether or not I receive a product that I have already paid for? I will never use this company again. They are extremely unprofessional. Any reputable company would have reshipped the order at their expense Next Day and sent me a return label to send back the original order when it finally did arrive. That's how you stay in business."
