"Buyers should beware. I purchased some Kbrovet (potassium bromide) for my middle dog's seizure condition at VetRxDirect after finding a much better deal on the pills than on other competing sites. I had always ordered from petmeds in the past. petmeds would not match the price as VetRX did not have a specific certification. About 1-2 months after he had started taking the pills, he started having multiple seizures on a frequent basis. This had not happened in quite some time. I took him in to have his level checked and he is at a significantly lower level then he was 6 months ago. Please be wary of buying pills from here as the QUALITY of the medication my not be what you expected and could in turn actually harm your pet."

I called and got a run around story that they had been trying to get the medicine (that was back ordered). Terrible Customer Service. I was told the person I was speaking to was the Manager and only person I could speak to (She said she was the in charge). Well, Nicole, Honey let me tell you , you might want to go back to that Customer Service Seminar you slept through... Snippy tone and could care less that I was now in a situation where I had to wait for the refund to place another order to get my dog the pills he needs. I would stay away from this company and I will tell everyone I know (including current customers) about my bad experience. Word of mouth is still a powerful tool."
