"I always have a terrific experience receiving merchandise. I mailed the top cartridge to a VB11 Pen, it was new and unused. I wanted to swap the larger cartridge for the smaller one for the ceramic heater. Somehow that got lost, even though I used the return address from an envelope used to mail items to me.
