Great customer support!!

"I had to return an item that didn't work properly. This was my 2nd purchase with Vapemood.com, the first purchase was seamless and the product 5 star. When the 2nd purchase arrived and didn't work properly, I contacted support and Gavin helped me with troubleshooting and then when that didn't work, he made the replacement of my product easy and fast. Gavin was professional, polite and knew what he was doing. Great customer support! Thank you!"

They blame the manufacturer for their problems

"I was beyond excited to open and try this new product. Well, everything but the quarts nails arrived. It took several days for me to call as well as email them only to hear back 4-5 days later asking for a picture of what I received.
Again, later I called and was told they would ship out the nails, several days after I was told that I receive a email confirmation of where I could track the nails. What a shady way to start off, to not have the full and working product that I paid for. I'm already worried to find out it won't work and will keep you guys posted as none of the smoke or vape shop carries their products. If this product doesn't work I'll be contacting the BBB as now reading other reviews that website doesn't show you prior to buying the ratings on their product website has 4/5 stars where as now I'm seeing 2/3 which makes sense sadly.

Caesar and his crew are a joke!

"I ordered a Dr dabber boost package from them and when I got it, the magnetic stand and the battery were both missing! Even worse, the battery cover was a replacement cover that didn't have a "boost" logo. Dr dabber themselves told me they only send refurbished units back with the generic cover, having no logo. After many emails and phone calls I was misinformed about a battery I had went and bought(since mine was mysteriously missing). They said it wouldn't work and would void the warranty. Next I was told to send the entire thing back only to have them say, 10 days later, that it was used...I only wish I could have used it! Lastly, I accidentally left my brand new battery in the boost when I sent it all(partially all) back to them. I finally spoke to the owner, got a refund and was told he would send my battery back. 3 weeks later I still don't have my battery and I get snarky messages from his staff about how my battery accidentally got sent back, "with my used dabber", to the manufacturer. If she hears anything from them she'll be sure to let me know and have a wonderful day. Absolutely unnecessary!"

Product not received

"Purchased a product and was told it was delivered but it wasn't, at least not to my house. I inquired and was told they would file a claim but it would take six weeks. Forward 8 weeks later nothing so I emailed them, response was the claim was denied since they show it delivered. Now requested claim information to further investigate their claim since I am having serious doubts as to if the even filed one in the first place. "

"Wanted to do an exchange but couldn't because they didn't have the same EZ Vape V5 in stock so was told could do an exchange. That did not happen! They ended up taking a restock fee for defective unit they just ship back to the manufacturer."

"Vapemood has one of the best selections of most sites I looked at. I had never had a vaporizer before, a first time buyer here. I love the clean layout of the site, the selection is amazing, And my order arrived two days early! I settled for the Flowermate V5.0S as my first vaporizer. Being a first time vape buyer, I would say Vapemood is the best site if your looking to buy a vaporizor for the first time. Very thourough product information, easy to use and navigate threw the selections, and you cant beat the prices, or the speedy shipping! Thanks Vapemood!"

"I purchased the Arizer solo unit from these guys. The unit is the bomb, and incredible semi portable vaporizer I recommend it to anyone. What I do not recommend is that you buy it from Vapor Mood, their customer service is very sub par. My unit had an issue with the lid being stripped as has happened to many of the units. After 4 emails to these guys I got one response saying they never received my emails and will forward it to their Technican. I never heard from this so called technician. What I did do is contact Arizer directly, they took care of everything within 5 minutes and I am a happy camper who can continue vaping. I will have to find my zen somewhere else not at Vape Mood."
