After a week a little over a week I was contacted via email and told that I would be refunded. The refund was not received for a few days. Nothing was accomplished with my week of frustration except for losing access to hundreds of dollars of my money and getting compensated with nothing. 2 Weeks later I have no vape and am still waiting on a different seller to ship. This is all thanks to their incompetence. I would never buy from them again."
