"I have the same problem as earlier reviews. I ordered some parts on June 21, 2009 and received the confirmation immediatly. I saw that my bank account had been processed for the amount owed and I still don't have the parts...it is now July 15, 2009. I have sent in multiple emails requesting a reply back to me concerning my order and have yet to hear anything back. I am contacting the better business bureau immediatly. Stay away from this company. Do not fall for their crap. One more thing: they do not have a telephone number so you can only contact them through email. STAY AWAY!!!"

"I have had the EXACT same experience as the previous review. Placed my order on 6/5/09 still have not received my order and they have not responded to any on my inquires. The UPS tracking number says that it was delievered to someone named Mario is a different city! This is absolutely terrible. NEVER BUY from these people. I can't get anywhere with UPS because they don't even have the right package or name and address in their system"

"I hope all you folks out there considering placing an order with this company will read these reviews and RUN the other way. Generally, I don't participate in negatives, but this company has rankled me pretty bad and as soon as I post this review, I'm calling the Better Business Bureau, Consumer Protection, Attorney General and anyone else I can think of who might help future consumers. I placed my order on 6/5, confirmed email received 6/16. I have not yet gotten my order, have not gotten a refund, and in fact, haven't received answers to any of the 3 emails I have sent this company requesting info about my order. "

"I will never order from this vendor again and I will discourage anyone I know from ordering from them. I received a part for my Hoover Dual V Steam Cleaner that does not work since they changed the water tanks. I emailed and received no reply. I phoned and got the message directing them to their website. I emailed again and have gotten no response. I am in the process of sending them a letter and shipping the part back. I am also in the process of getting in touch with the Better Business Bureau for their shoddy customer service practices and horrible service. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY"

"I ordered a part from this vendor on 5-25-09. My account was charged immediately, and the item was not listed as out of stock. I e-mailed the customer service dept (NO TELEPHONE NUMBER FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE)on 6-08-09 inquiring about my order. It took 4 days for a reply, telling me my order would "ship today" (6-11-09) and provided a USPS tracking number. It is now 6-16-09 and checking the tracking number through the USPS today, It reports that the USPS has only received electronic notification for package pick up. Their customer service webpage states that they will credit $5.00 to your account if they don't reply to your e-mail within 72 hrs. My first email wasn't answered for 4 days. Fat chance of getting the 5 bucks. Update..After posting this review and my emailed complaint to Vacuums 24X7 this morning, I received an email this afternoon that my part has been discontinued and my account would be credited. It's amazing how last week I receive a tracking number and now the part is discontinued.
AVOID THIS MERCHANT.

"I did a lot of "shopping around" for two replacement parts for my Bissell Lift-Off vacuum. I finally decided to place my order with Vacuums24x7 because of price of items and fair shipping charge. I did read some questionable reviews from customers but I decided to give it a try and see what happens. For ease, I had my order shipped to my parents home in case a signature was needed for delivery. The order process was fine. I did get a little concerned when I did not receive an order confirmation or a tracking number. After four days I sent an email which did not get answered and then on the fifth day, I sent a second that did not get answered either. On the sixth day, I saw my mom and she gave me my order. Everything was fine but I would suggest this vendor use bigger boxes with more padding because UPS looked like they stepped on this small box that was used. Finally, two weeks after my purchase, I received a computer generated confirmation via email. Never did get any of my emails answered. It seems this vendor is a store front that also supplies parts via their on line store and they did fulfill my order correctly and quickly but their computer system needs to be addressed because I got very nervous for nothing. "

"I ordered some parts for my vacuum on 2/1/09. I received a prompt email response confirming my order and they immediately charged my credit card. I did not receive the parts. I have sent them two email inquiries and they have not replied or sent the parts. They do not answer their phone and refer you to their website and claim to respond within 24 hours to emails. I clicked the UPS link from their site and it indicates they have purchased a shipping tag but UPS has not received a package from them to ship. "

"ordered apart for my vacuum cleaner and as far as I can tell its back ordered. Unable to confirm as they don't answer phone calls. They direct you to send e-mail. "Ordered a part for my floor cleaner. It was shipped promptly, but arrived damaged. Company immediately shipped another part upon notification of the damaged part. No problems with receiving replacement part, no hassles whatsoever. Company was a pleasure to deal with and I am 100% satisfied."
