"The vac units and accessory kits I have purxchased from Vac Depot are without question far superior to any canister or upright vac I have ever owned. I Installed it myself in a prebuilt home with little trouble (instructions were included!). Probably more difficult to do in a two story but I have a ranch with a drop ceiling so it was a piece of cake. I recommend installing a whole house vac if your desire is to have a really clean house thats easy to clean. No bags to deal with either and you only have to empty the canister every couple of months. Unless you have two labs. I use to have to empty about 1x a month. Had two kids then too!"

"Vacdepot was a pleasure to with, however, I noticed that the Cen-Tec hose that I purchased has an ever so slightly smaller diameter handle nozzle than the two original units that came with my central vacuum installation. It is the exact same model and brand but my floor wand, power wand, and hand tools are slightly loose on the nozzle. It's not worthy of returning but I am wondering what has changed with Cen-Tec? "
