"Good product at a fair price. Works great. Only issue is wheels are making a squeaking or chirping sound as I roll the vacuum around. Seems to be a common problem with plastic wheels on steel axles. The vacuum I had before did the same thing. It's an annoyance but does not affect the performance. Ordering was easy, product shipped right away and arrived timely. Mostly satisfied. "
