"I purchased a space heater designed for a medium room and didn’t expect much. I purchased it based on the nice wood cabinet and the safety features (turns off automatically if it flips over). The heater heats my office quickly and the surfaces (including the dark wood top) are cool to the touch. No danger of it flipping over - it is NOT top heavy and it is almost pyramid shaped (bottom panel larger than top. Nice wheels allow for easy repositionion (without lifting) as long as you are on a smooth surface. "

I ordered some lightbulbs, paid immediately. VMinnovations took the money and held it for 4 days before reaching out to me to let me know that they didn't have the item in stock and offer me an alternative at over 6x the price.

"I am not sure why VMInnovations does not get higher ratings. They gave me an excellent price on a self-propelled lawn mower--not a light item--with free shipping. I was a little concerned because I was told that I could not return it just because it did not live up to my expectations, but if there was any problem with it I could return it. I nevertheless made the purchase and when the mower arrived it did not start up on 2 pulls, as advertised. I called the store and without any hesitations or any cross examinations they sent me a shipping label for a free return. When I purchased the item I looked into the possibility of how much it would cost to return it for any reason the store would not cover. Shipping alone was $80. But the store both sent it and returned it for free. I was so impressed I decided that rather than take the cash I would upgrade my mower with a different one, an increase in cost of some $30, after the store kindly discounted the new one. They sent this new one for free also. I only recommend saving the shipping material--as I had-- in case you have to return it because I imagine that the box for a heavy lawn mower can be expensive. Both mowers were new and fresh and arrived with no blemishes.I also previously purchased a refurbished weed wacker from this company's store on another site. it came looking new and has worked flawlessly. The second lawn mower I purchased has been used 3 or 4 times now and works well also."

"I ordered a three pack of 175g frisbees that came with a free mail-in DVD offer. The order came but only came with ONE frisbee. I called to get the right item and they said they'd take care of it. They never processed the order until five days later. The second order came but it was still not the correct item. I received three individual frisbees so I did not have the opportunity to get the free DVD. This company does not send what you order. Shop elsewhere to save yourself some aggravation."

"On May 15th, 2018 I purchased a Intex 14' x 42" Prism XL Frame Square Above Ground Swimming Pool Set with Pump, from Walmart.com via VMInovations. After paying to assure the site was properly prepared for the pool and purchasing chemicals, and filling the pool with water, within days the structure on the pool failed. I haven't even had a chance to use it and it fails! I contacted VMInovations about a refund and reimbursement for my output for this inferior product, and the response was as if were a criminal rather than a rightfully upset customer. They expect me to cut a 1 foot square out of the pool to "prove" I am not going to use it, then it is up to me to pay for the disposal of their 300 Lbs of plastic rubbish, as well as eat the cost of thousands of gallons of water, etc...They palm off a clearly inferior product on the unknowing consumer, and when they get called out on it, they act like we are the one in the wrong!
