Horrible Customer Service

"Horrible return policy and unwilling to work with customers on it. Thought I was ordering from walmart.com but turned out to be through this company. Found out that it came from this company when I tried to return the product to walmart. Unfortunately when the product was ordered the return policy was not made clear. We had ordered the product in advance as a birthday present and we was outside the return window before the item was ever gifted. If smaller companies are going to sell on sites like Walmart return policies should be made more clear because I like many people assume if I order on walmart.com I can return to walmart. Otherwise I would just google what I'm wanting and find the best price not go to what I did consider a trusted site."

I am very sorry that this item did not end up working out for you. We do our best to make sure our policies are all very clearly states on listing for our items so that we don't run into confusion with customers.

At this time, we will not be able to accept a return for this item. We do have our 30-day return policy very clearly stated on the listing and this item is now over 2 months outside of this time frame so we will be unwilling to make an exception. If there are issues with the item, I would advise reaching out to the manufacturer KidKraft as there is a 90-day warranty through them.

If you are not satisfied with this solution, I would advise reaching out to Walmart directly. They have worked with us to make sure that this 30-day return policy is clearly stated and if there was any exception to be made it would need to come from them.”

You be the Judge

"I do not normally write reviews but seeing so many with issues I have to question them. Even though there were questionable reviews I went ahead and made what I consider a major purchase as the price was very good. That alone concerned me but I have to say everything went perfectly with 0 issues whatsoever. This was a large freight shipment that had me even more concerned arriving damaged but the boxes (2) arrived on a pallet and brought into my garage again with 0 issues. Maybe I'm lucky or others are not or looking to hurt this company IDK but my experience was positive and I would absolutely deal with again. Especially if a similar deal was offered on an item I was interested in. I ordered a freight shipment on Saturday January 4th and it was delivered perfectly on Wednesday January the 8th with updates on order status in between. You be the judge."

Hape Piano

"i ordered the Hape Piano for my kids which was seller refurbished, it arrived basically new in box, the only "wear & tear" was that i could tell the box had been opened before and then just resealed, AMAZING VALUE!!!! and arrived in 2 days, super fast shipping, highly recommend"

Lost delivery then no inventory after assurances that item was in stock

"I ordered my grill through Walmart.com, with VM Innovations as the 3rd party seller. Great price on the grill I've been looking for. Order was place, tracked the shipment, but 4 separate delivery attempts ended up being "item not on the truck". OK, the shipper actually lost my grill. I asked VM Innovations numerous times if they still had inventory to replace my shipment if it was lost, and was assured they did.

Once the carrier confirmed the loss, a replacement shipment was processed very quickly. I got my PRO number, but it kept saying "not valid". I was assured by VM Innovations that it would only be valid after the carrier received my grill at their depot, wait 3-4 days. On day 5 I know I was getting screwed. Another phone call to VM Innovations and I was told "Oh sorry, we actually didn't have any inventory to send".

6 weeks of being very patient and this is what they do to me! I told them that was not acceptable, to call me, and that I felt they should have to find that grill for me from another company and cover the difference. They processed my refund and that's how it end.

I won't be buying from them again, and am now very leery of Walmart.com's selection for resellers.

Scam Artists

"Worst experience ever. Ordered a floating lounge chair and instead received 2 Mexican Blankets. They agreed to a return only I would have to pay the return shipping charges. Approx $30. I would gladly pay to return the item if I actually received what I ordered. Why should I pay the shipping for a mistake that I had nothing to do with it. These people are really good at apologizing and doing absolutely nothing. Do not deal with them no matter what a good deal it seems to be. "

nightmare purchase and experience

"purchase with this seller has been a nightmare. delivery package arrived in terrible condition that was just left at my house with no signature or inspection upon delivery. once i inspected i noticed pool filter was missing with cloth. this took almost a week to get addressed. price lowered $30 after 14days past order and seller refused to adjust because it was few days past 14day policy. i would think twice if you want to buy from this seller
Inspection of the liner also revealed small tears. i told them of this and they're reply is that they will file a warranty claim on my behalf with intex. so rather than owning up to their mess of a operation they try and pawn it off on Intex. BUYER BEWARE

"I ordered a filter, pump, and automatic vacuum. Unfortunately it didn’t fit with my Hayward fittings, so I had to return it. It was a nice set up, and great quality. I wish it was compatible!
They went above and beyond by sending me return labels and quickly refunding my money!

Stay away

"Customer service was a complete waste of time. This 3rd padty seller claims a package was delivered. On the wrong day... and not to me. I was out of town when all this went down. I have cameras on my home proving the package was NOT dropped off that day (or the three days of footage before and after they claim it was dropped off). I ask for help and only got excuses. Finally went over their heads for a refund 6days and 8 phone calls 24 emails later!"

Stay away. Awful business practices and horrible customer service.

"Company had an item on Google Express for sale at a discount on Memorial Day. I ordered the item and was excited with my purchase and I was looking forward to receiving it. The item was never received and there has been no explanation. My credit card has been charged though but no item after a week.

I have no idea what is going on. There has been absolutely no communication when right after ordering a FEDX label was generated with delivery date marked as Wednes...two days after I ordered it.

Come to find out from others that ordered the same item, that the company actually shipped some out but later retracted the orders from FedX before they got delivered to the customers. How tacky is that?!!! Evidently the item was marked lower then they wanted to sell them so took the items back from the customers....company grabbed them off the FEDX truck before they could be delivered. Wow.

They have lost some customers due to their awful business practices. And NO, I don't wish to have a 10% coupon to use later for my troubles. I would never deal with this company again.

I'm still waiting for my money to be returned. Please don't charge for an item you haven't shipped out. Now I have to fight to get my money back because no one is contacting me to let me know what's going on. You take my money and are quiet. I'm not one for taking my time to write company reviews, but I'd highly recommend statying away from this company.

High expections but only failure ... :(

"Ordered a trimmer from VMInnovations via Google Express on 5-28-19. My credit card was charged immediately. Absolutely NO communications from the company as to shipping of the item. Days later I discover that my CC has been credited for the full purchase price. Again, NO comms, no explanation as to what is going on.

Deal with this company at your own risk. My expectations were high but they ultimately failed. I did get my money back but I do not trust them. ANY company that sells product that they do not have and fails to communicate with it's customers is not one to do business with.

"Matt, A Supposed co-owner, is the worst pseudo manager ever, I bought a pull out air mattress/sofa. the seams popped almost right away, they issues a replacement and it happened 2 more times, when I contacted them about the last one, Matt advised they are refusing to do anything about it, no replacement or refund. they sell defective products and dont care about the end user. BUYER BEWARE., dont expect any support from these people. when I asked to speak to the supposed manager Matt's manager he refused to connect me. GREAT SUPPORT- NOT! "

"I bought a speaker system from vminnovations on the geek app it was an amazing price the next morning vminnovations had canceled my order stating returned to sender as the reason. They refunded my money promptly but I wasn't happy so I emailed vminnovations and told them about the problem they Apologized and said it was a pricing error. I told them I didn't care they made an agreement and they needed to honor it and I haven't heard from them since. I check and they reposted the item for nearly 4 times the original price "

Amazing customer service

"The package was delivered ripped and once opened the box half of the coffee machine was shattered to pieces. As disappointed as I was, once I called the customer service I felt comfortable I was going to be taken care of. I was told to not worry and she’ll send the replacement and a few days after I received the perfect package."

Listing mistakes and shipping mistakes without any concern for the customer!

"I bought an item that I believed was a great deal (significantly below other retailers) turns out VM Innovations had listed the item at the wrong price. They proceeded to send me the wrong item (an item of much lesser value) and delay the shipment of the wrong item (giving them even more time to sort out their error). But they still didn't catch it till the wrong (inferior) product ended up on my doorstep 4 days later than initially promised. When I called to report the wrong item they expected that I would take the time to ship the item back before I was refunded and that I would need to pay a much higher price than advertised for the product I was expecting originally. I asked three different customer reps if they would be willing to offer me the new product at cost in order to compensate me for my time and effort and in order to make amends for their mistake. They offered me a 15% discount after much coaxing which I did not find sufficient to compensate me. I will gladly take my business elsewhere. "
