I would never order from this company again because even when I try not to ensure that I receive the correct part I don't."

Anyway, I ordered a Chaintech AV710 sound card from them. They sent me a Sound Blaster sound card that was nothing like my order. If you look back through the negative reviews on this site, they have a history of substituting whatever is lying around in the warehouse at the time. When I called them about it, they gave me the runaround, and told me that they could not talk about it over the phone, only through email. They are trying to make things as much trouble as possible. It's not like it's a big company. The Better Business Bureau site lists only 4 employees. This means that probably the same guy ships out all their orders, and he has to know that what he sends out is not what the customer ordered. Do not make the same mistake I did and believe the fake positive reviews on this site. Chances are, you will get something completely different than what you ordered. I am expecting to have to dispute this with my credit card company (AMEX), but I will give them a day for the "rma department" to respond."
