After contacting support, they apologized and told me I wont ever get the Key, but my money will be refunded (1 day after game release).
Those People dont know what "Pre-Ordered" mean or even what "Ordered" mean. Don't think I will ever buy here anything again.

"I purchased the preorder for the witcher 3 7 months because the release date. The release date didn't arrive any key, they say that they don't have it and i won't get it, I wil only have a refund. Now I've lost the preorder bonuses and there is no way to get another discount for the witcher 3 through steam. Now they give me a 20% disconunt, to keep me buying in their shop but that's not going to happend.

In conclusion, I don't recommend to buy here."

The only negative point is that when the price of a pre-command decreases, it must be logical that customers have to pay at low price ever as other sites (e.g. amazon.com). Instead of to cancel a purchase and buy again with -7euros ...
