Ordered Witcher 3 on january 3rd, but got an e-mail on the 19th of may stating that they could not deliver my Witcher 3 order on time. They then told me PayPal would no longer refund my order due to the fact the order was placed too long ago. We both agreed I would get storecredits in return, but I have yet to receive these credits. They also stopped answering all my tickets and I think they just stole my money and took off.

"So.. I purchased Witcher 3 in December 2014 from them, and to this date they haven't delivered it. Not only that, but I have already exchanged 10 emails with their helpdesk and still no refund, nor a game (and they are selling it again), only excuses and now silence. That's right they DON'T EVEN REPLY TO MY MAILS.
In fact I'd report them for fraud because they technically took my money for no service, but they are based in Hong Kong, so I don't know who to go to.
I don't recommend them to anyone, other's have had problems with them as well. There are other better and trustworthy shops out there."
