"Where to begin. I originally purchased 2 accessory packs for new Sansa Fuze mp3 players we got for Christmas. I waited 3 weeks with no responses to MULTIPLE emails. Then out of nowhere, they tried saying they sent me an email stating that one of the parts was defective weeks ago, holding up the entire order. I told them to ship it anyways without the defective piece. Instead, they issued a refund, against my wishes.

So, I ended up having to order another accessory kit from them (different ebay store, STILL UNITED INTEGRAL), as they were the only ones to offer an accessory kit with an FM transmitter, cases, chargers, aux cable, the works. Needless to say, I received pretty much the same treatment the second time around. No responses for weeks. They took 2 weeks (paid 1-20, shipped 2-2, rec'd 2-6) to ship when their auctions clearly state 24-48 hours after payment received.

To top it off, the main reason for having to deal with these yahoos again, the FM transmitter, was defective upon arrival. Awaiting a replacement now, but who knows.

Bottom line: They take FOREVER to ship, have HORRIBLE communication skills, and are just generally not pleasant to do business with as a whole. Their ebay stores are Fireitems, Crazyproducts, Completetrend, and a couple others. Basically any store located in San Gabriel, CA stay away from on ebay, especially if they have United Integral checkouts at the bottom of the auction."
