"Purchased a SGP Steinheil Ultra Crystal Screen Protector for iPhone 4, there were several reviews on the Amazon page for the item and I decided to purchase it. I ordered expedited shipping and received it very quickly as I live near by, however when I opened the packaging I noticed that it was not the SGP Steinheil protector, instead there was an off brand, "Professional Screen Shield" that was very cheesy and had Chinese symbols all over it. I contacted United Integral with intentions of getting the right screen protector that I ordered. However, I was greeted by a customer service agent that played as dumb as possible, she said they don't even carry the item that I ordered? Could not do an exchange for the right item, I hung up the phone and called Amazon and immediately got a refund. This place is a scam, and Amazon needs to remove them as a seller ASAP.

"Way slow! I ordered on July 8, they said it was shipped on July 13 (the package says the 14th), it didn't get here until the 20th, supposed to get here sooner, just a mailing envelope after all. After 3 emails from me, they were only saying when it had been sent, they finally apologized for a "computer glitch" so they didn't send it for 5 days (actually 6). The mailing envelope was severely bent. Let's hope the product will work--iPad protector. Oh, also, they sent a different brand than I ordered, without asking or telling me!"

"I ordered an iphone charger from this company through Amazon. The charger was advertized as being compatible with several different ipod models as well as with the iphone. The price for the item was right and shipping time was ok. When I received the order, the charger was not meant for iphones. The iphone would not recognize it as a charger,and the label on the charger stated it was only meant for certian ipod models, with no mention of iphone compatibility. I emailed the company nd told them about the problem and asked for a refund. after about 4 days i received an email back from them stating that they dont usually do refunds unless the product is defective, but that they'll make an exception. I find it to be very bad business practice that a company will not give a refund when they sent the wrong item/misrepresented their product and that they have to make an exception to refund their customers.

I sent the item back (the shipping to send the product back was almost as much as the price of the item by the way) and since their office is very close to my home, I expected a refund right away. After a week there was still no refund back onto my credit card. I contacted Amazon.com customer service and within an hour I got an email from United Integral saying that my refund has been processed.

I should not have had to contact Amazon customer service, I should not have had the wrong charger sent to me, and they should not have mis labeled their product on amazon. I should have known better seeing as there were many other customers complaining about this same problem on amazon's website about this company.

I do not reccomend this company and will never order from them again

"My initial order was lost in shipping & I notified your customer care department & you promptly sent me a replacement, which arrived quickly. Six weeks later my original order showed up & I notified you again and you instructed me to keep the charger as a gift. Good service like this is a rarity in this greedy commercial system where the 'governing rod' is strictly the bottom line. Thank you for your kindness and generosity in caring for my needs."

"They were prompt to ship the item and got all the information I needed to follow up on my order. When I moved, I had my mail following me to the new adress but the USPS kept failing to get my mial on time and consequently missed the item they had shipped to me. I wrote them a email to ask them if I could have the item sent back ( And I would pay the shipping). They immediately shipped it back, at no charge, at the new adress and got it a few days later. They were very fast at answering my questions and will gladly shop there again in the future."

"United Integral was mistakenly listed as a seller on an amazon page for a charging kit for the Creative Zen Vision:M mp3 player. Instead they were selling ipod chargers and I was shipped a series of ipod chargers instead of ones that fit my creative mp3 player. Once I contacted them about the mistake they were very understanding and refunded my money and allowed me to keep the chargers. They have since removed themselves as a vendor of this item. Thanks to William for all his help!"
