I ordered a really nice package, and tried to cancel the order.
Unfortunately, all this happened on the weekend and the order was automatically processed and shipped before a human saw my request to cancel it.

Got on a customer service chat with Alex C and made arrangements to send it back for a full refund minus their shipping cost (fair enough).

Haven't received it yet, but if this event is any indication, I don't expect any problems with the return and refund."

They were lower in price of the item and the shipping from any other site I went to.

They told me I would have my item by a certain date and UPS confirmed that I will have it on the day they promised.

I found the communication with this company to be excellent. I wrote to them three different times with questions. Each time, I received an answer before 24 hrs.

"Please read this before you buy in this store, specially if you live outside the U.S.A. This store seemed to be a very good one, great variety of musical items, fair prices and discounts. I've purchase many times on websites stores and never had any type of problem, since I live in Mexico the shipments are always international. I purchased a Line 6 JTV-59 guitar for 1371.00 USD, plus the shipment cost, which by the way was the most expensive shipment option since I rather to pay more than to have problems with the shipment. Now remember mine was an international delivery. 3 days after the guitar was shipped USPS tracking system reported that the item was tried to be delivered in Florida in the U.S.A and since the person moved from the address they returned the item to the sender, and I said to myself "How come an item with an International Delivery Express code and an address in Mexico was tried to be delivered in Florida?" I contacted Uniquesquared support and they just told me that most there was a mistake in the status of the item and to wait for 4 days to see what happened. I waited and after 4 days the status of the item was that it was about to reach the sender's address in Atlanta, 2 days after that the item was returned to Uniquesquared's warehouse, as soon as they receive it and with no previous warning the refund my money, which was a mistake from them (they have also accepted it) because they perceived to be a return rather than the result of a USPS error. Before they refunded my money I was willing to pay the shipment again even 100 or 200 USD more expensive if it was necessary just to make the guitar get to me, but it seemed like they didn't want my money because as I said they just refunded my money and never took care of me as a customer and never tried to find a way to make the item get to me. They just will tell you that it was an USPS. Also at first they didn't refund the shipment money, I had to make a large complaint in order to get it back. You know whether it was a little or a big mistake the most important part here is their attitude, which is like "we don't need your money, oh and we don't want it" of course if they don't want it I'll go and spend it somewhere else. In this site there are a lot of good reviews about this store which are true but they are about cases where everything went fine, but what happens when you need a store that goes beyond average? Well this store will not go beyond average, this store will absolutely let you down if you need some extra help.

If you want to risk your money and waste a lot of time trying to fix things with them then go a and buy from them.

Before I purchase on this store I read a negative comment on this site which was similar to what happened to me, i omitted that comment and only wanted to see the good ones, do not make the same mistake that I did.

"Terrible experiencie with this store!! Be aware and do not trust the good reviews....they dont talk with you about your problem...they just refund the money and they hang up the phone in my face. I ordered something on tuesday and on wenesday I asked for my package status...they didnt know where is my package (but they already sent me a "shipped" mail)....then the manager refund the money to my paypal account and with no explanation he cut the chat and disable me from doing business with them....ONLY FOR ASK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER!!! Also they first told me the package is NOT with them and has been shipped....but 5 minutes later the manager is refunding my money.....HOW HE CAN REFUND THE MONEY IF THE PRODUCT IS IN TRANSIT??
