"I ordered a back ordered camera from another big/volume seller and waited for more than 2 months without any information/arrival date and finally decided to place orders from other sellers. One of the sellers was Unique Photo. While other Big mega stores did not give any information regarding arrival, unique photo was excellent in estimating delivery date and was the first to arrange for shipping. Other mega stores did not give any information even after I received the item from Unique Photo. I finally cancelled the other orders from mega sellers.
Further, Unique Photo added a bonus item later and when I called and asked for that to be included, they replied saying they normally do not add bonus items for existing orders but they will try. They had added the bonus item and on top of that, I received Loyalty Points from them which is an extra bonus. Exceptional service, very helpful customer service and very efficient and competent seller. Thanks! I would recommend Unique Photo to anyone who wants to buy Photographic materials. I found they have Classes and workshops too. "
