"This is only the second time I’ve ordered from Unique. The first time was quite a hassle, with my order being canceled on their end and reinstated twice (only after phone calls from me) for no good reason. They seemed very disorganized, a “left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing” situation. I did finally receive my first order, but oddly my customer history still shows that order as “canceled” when indeed I did receive the battery grip for my incredible Nikon D500 I purchased locally. I just ordered a used D750 from Unique and although it has shipped, I’m already dreading opening the package when it arrives. I sent a message through the customer service section of their website on Tuesday and never heard back from them. Im taking a huge gamble to save a few hundred bucks. "
