"I had two separate orders. On the first order, I ordered myself 6 tshirts that I custom made, they turned out and fit great!
On the second order my fiance ordered my dog a tshirt, and it is way too small! The dog is just a little guy weighing about 20 pounds with skinny little legs and I ordered him a LARGE and I cannot even fit it on him! I contacted the company and they said that they could just give me 50% off another order of the shirt in larger size. I found this very upsetting considering I spent roughly $150.00 and they could not just send me a new dog shirt"

They reprinted all 120 shirts for me and the next batch came out perfect. I can't recommend them enough. "We wanted to order a single tee shirt as a novelty for a friend. The website was incredibly easy to use, and offered a wide range of options, both for shirts and for printed content. The price was very reasonable, and the shirts appears to be of good quality. (You never really know until after the wash/dry cycle). I ordered the shirt, and my husband wanted to make a change. He called, got reliable input from customer service, made the change on line, and the shirt arrived two days later.
I've become (sadly) accustomed to not expecting too much from vendors these days, but this experience was an unexpected surprise.
