"I had a wonderful experience with UberPrints. I ordered a couple of T-shirts with my sign to be printed on them. I received them very quickly, and that was before the Christmas shipping rush. One of them, my sign was printed exactly as I had instructed them, which was 10” wide. The other one was printed 8.5” wide instead of 10”. I immediately emailed the customer service department to report the error. They made a new shirt the next day, and shipped it to me right away. I was surprised by the level of their commitment to serving their customers. I am a keynote speaker and corporate trainer. I will definitely share this experience with my corporate clients, as a role model company for them to follow. It was my first time ordering T-shirts from them, and they made me their loyal customer for life."

"I contacted Uberprints regarding unauthorized pending charges made to Uberprints on my debit card. I Spoke to Kat & Sage on separate occasions and was told by both that "their accountant was out to lunch." I left my number and was contacted shortly after my second call and was told "the accountant had just come in" and was assured the charges would be cancelled within 24-48 hours and would not post. The charges were not cancelled and did post a couple of days later. I didn't bother calling back for any explanation, I instead initiated a claim with my bank.

Was making a sale more important than heading off a fraudulent charge? It sure seemed that way to me. They had the opportunity to do the latter. If there was even a remote chance that a transaction was fraudulent, wouldn't an honest business exercise due diligence?"

"Customer service was excellent and responsive! Very professional. Hoodie is exceptional in quality. I’m a 120lb 5’11 female and ordered the Hanes Ultimate Cotton Full Zip Hooded in a size M and it fits as expected. The arms are long enough and it’s not too baggy around the middle. I chose the Charcoal Heather color, and I will say it’s lighter than it looks on an iPhone X or Windows 10 Lenovo screen, but darker than your usual heather grey. Response, production time and delivery all get a 10/10. I chose a digital print design, and I’m satisfied but not blown away. They printed what I asked and in the color, but it’s a little blurry and the image in the center of the hoodie isn’t clear or detailed. I know what it is, so if I squint I can see it, but it’s not as clear as I would have liked. If it were my company, I wouldn’t have delivered to the customer as is without clarification/touching base about how it turned out once printed. Like, it’s obvious that the “perfection” standard isn’t there. Other than that, outstanding product quality and customer service!"

Uberprints noticed an error in the design (a "ghost" image that I thought I had erased, but had not). They asked whether I wanted to keep it that way or if they should fix it.
