"Update:
Upon determining on the 8th that the delivery that was to have been received on the 9th was not shipped until the 8th, and would not be received until the 13th, I determined that as I needed the item on the 9th, I would have to buy it from a store. I called to cancel my order and get a refund. This was graciously and promptly done, and that is good. The fact that they took an order with a specific delivery date without being capable of making that delivery was bad. If I had been told at the time of ordering, or even within a day of that that the delivery could not be made in a timely manner, I could have placed an online order elsewhere. As it turned out, their lack of candor cause me to have to pay full retail for an item, costing me significantly more than their price. For this I am not pleased.
Due to their prompt response when the issue was brought to their attention, I will consider placing orders with them in the future, but not when time is of the essence.
I recommend that they develop a monitoring system to prevent them taking orders with prompt delivery requirements when they cannot meet them.
I would have held them in higher regard if they had told me up front than I do after this run-around.


Placed order on 5th
Paid extra for 3 day delivery
Shipment picked up by Fedex on the 8th
I am scheduled to receive it on the 13th.
That is significantly longer than 3 days, and I will need it by Friday evening (9th)
If I do not have it by then, I will have to go to a store to buy it, making the order unnecessary.
You should have notified me immediately if you could not honor your commitment of a 3 day
delivery.
This is most dishonorable.

"Pathetic beyond belief, I purchased a laptop battery for my Acer 5630. They sent me a battery that would not even fit. Not even close. I had to email customer service since they won't answer the phone. They issued me an RMA. I sent the battery back at my expense and have been waiting for 3 weeks now and have not received my refund. They now refuse to even answer me emails and will not answer the phone. Your money would be spent much wiser using any other company. This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had purchasing on the net.
I believe this company routinely does this and just keeps the money you send. The then send the same product to someone else and do it all over again. It is nothing short of fraud.

"I am really disappointed at this company, it was the first time using their website to order a product, and also my last. I order an AC laptop adapter and received my item fast but it didn't work when I plugged in the item. Then I noticed the part number they sent me was not the one I ordered, I called and emailed them to let them know and they said the part was not the one I have ordered but that it was compatible...While I am the one having the part at home with apparent no use for it because based on my own experience it was not working. I then complained and asked for a refund since I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE GENERIC BRAND OF THE AC ADAPTER, they said they'll gladly will refund my money as long as I sent the AC at my own cost and then accept a %25 re-stocking fee.
So basically my picture is spending on top of my item + shipping price, i still have to pay to re send the item and received 25% less of what i paid for nothing. Now I ask myself, why should I pay a penny for a mistake that wasn't mine in the first place? Why couldn't they send the part I PAID FOR instead of replacing it without my knowledge with what they thought would work?

"This website was great. The product page was very informative and had great prices. I was emailed an order confirmation after placing the order and also received a tracking email after it was shipped.

Product has since arrived and is working fine. I purchased a laptop battery for my HP Pavilion DV2000 laptop.
