"I purchased an adapter for my computer after a week it stopped working. I e-mailed customer service about three times and called about three times no response. I was able to reach them by chatting online I was told to order another adapter and send back the defective adapter and they would refund my money plus the shipping cost. They e-mailed me a RMA# on 11-26-09 stating they recieved my return and it would take about 1-3 weeks for testing and processing it is now 1-7-10 and after already e-mailing them four different times and calling them by phone they have ignored me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! The new adapter that was sent to me is no longer working. So I just wasted aout $50. "

"I ordered a replacement power cord from this company because the price was good and their website said guaranteed shipment same day for orders before 3pm PST. I also paid for 2 day delivery since I needed the power cord right away. Due to problems with FedX my order did not ship until 12/17 and I placed the order 12/11! For this reason I am extremely dissatisfied with this company and will not use them again. I had to call UShopFast.com to find out where my order was and was told "didn't anybody call you?" Instead of contacting me and telling my about the problem with FedX they just didn't do anything with my order. When I called they asked if I wanted to cancel or have it shipped USPS priority. I ordered the cord 12/11 and expected to receive it 12/15. Instead I actually received it 12/23! I paid for 2 day delivery and received USPS priority mail and UShopFast.com has NOT credited me back for the expedited shipping charges. When I called customer service they were rude and inconsiderate. I was told my order would ship that day and it didn't ship for ANOTHER 2 days! This company is definitely not fast and their customer service is terrible. If you need something fast DON'T use them because the good price may not be worth it. I paid more for the shipping than I did for the product and didn't even get the expedited shipping. If you care more about the price and don't care about when you get your order then this company may be for you. Also, they say that they will send you an email confirmation when your order has shipped. If you don't get an email call right away! That was the only reason I knew something was wrong. They said someone tried to call me and I didn't get a call. They could have emailed me which they didn't. I checked my email everyday. As I said I will not use them them again."
