Can't replace an arm screw.

"I have been a customer since about 2005 and I have purchased several pairs of sunglasses. Most recent pair in 2019 my frames, a srew fell out and the arm came off. Called standard issue and they dont have replacement screws and u can't get them. So now I have to file a warranty came, all electro ice through a different company, and t as ke pictures (wonder how long this process will take). Also the prices have on the set I purches is now $100 more than it was in 2019. All the other glasses appear to have went up quite a bit. Very dissatisfied. I'll be checking out govx for glasses and comparing the two. May gave to stop purchasing Oaklies, been wearing them since 1994. May have to go back to cheap glasses."

Slow refund

"


I returned an item on August 15th. I went to check my credit card statement in September and did not receive a refund. I called to check on it and they stated that a refund would be made and to check back in 7 days. I checked again and still no refund. I called yet again last week the week of October 9th and was told that a credit would be made to the account within a few days. I called again today 10/16/17 and was told the same thing as last week. Why?? That is my question....Why does it take almost two months for this to be credited back to my account? Also, if I didn't call to check on this the first time of 4 calls I would have never been refunded. I spoke with Becky today and she assured me that I would have the funds back on my credit card by tomorrow. I surly hope that I do.



I can promise you that I will never order from this company again. I am really disappointed and disgusted. I hope that you will better train your staff on how to give a refund in a timely manner.

Awesome products

"I ordered multiple times with us standard issue, I am very happy about it especially for us military people, they give big discounts better than other merchants. If I were you and serve with EMS, police, or the military I urge you to join and buy Oakley certified products. :)"

Worst shopping experience ever!

"I ordered lenses, a accessories kit to fix my old glasses, and new pair of Oakley glasses. Items never shipped and they kept telling me the glasses were backordered. However I could go onto their site and order another pair without the site saying they were backordered. They then sent me a random ****@**** stating my order was cancelled. "

"I waited 3 weeks for my orders and never receive it, but I received a call from Amanda saying that the prescription I selected was backordered, I chose another frame that was available and a week later I received a call saying my card was declined, and it wasn't thru, I told him that i want to cancel my order because they didn't finish yet, and I told him if you didn't shipped I want to stay with my original order, and he told me I cannot changed again, I explained that I never changed my order they told me I have to pick another one because. The glasses I selected were in backorder, I can wait for apparel or boots but not foe glasses that I need for my work and duties, thank you for lost my time."

"This is Oakley's website for military and police orders. They give a 50% discount off of the retail price. To create an account I emailed a picture of my military ID. My account was approved the same day. I placed my order and it was shipped out the next day. Tracking info was provided via email.

I ordered a pair of Juliet sunglasses (like what Cyclops wore in the first X-Men movie). They only offered the glasses in dark colors, so I also ordered a set of blue polarized lenses. Even with tax and shipping, my total was far below the cheapest online retailers. Thank you Oakley for supporting those who put our lives on the line to keep others safe.
