"Very poor and unreliable service. Charge to credit card but never ship the merchandise, never return email/fax asking about the order. Spoke to CSR on the phone about the problem but still unsolved. Eventually rejected payment from the credit card after waiting for more than 3 weeks."

"THE worst online purchase I have ever experienced. Everything went wrong, it took a month to receive a working product (a Logitech wireless mouse) and when it finally arrived, the mouse and receiver came in a plastic bag, no instructions, no software, nothing else. Beware, US-DEPOT is a sorry reseller."

"****I CANT BELIEVE I DIDN'T CHECK RESELLERRATINGS BEFORE PURCHASE****I was asembling a high end machine for a customer. Ordered a P4 3.0 prescott and a Asus p4C800-E Deluxe....ordered through pricewatch. I should have been leary when they tried to sell me a ton of crap throught the drop down menus...one of which DID NOT offer a "no". They supposedly shipped the order through fedex on the 14th...

"FEDEX already picked up the package since the 14th. We called FEDEX to have them updated the information regarding the tracking number. We will let you know if we heard something from FEDEX. Please allow a coupel more days for delivery.

LIES ALL LIES...a call to fed ex confirmed my worst fears...the tracking number didn't exsist (read FAKE), after two weeks of excuses to my customer I informed US-DEPOT to cancel the order. Have yet to recieve the credit to the card I used to purchase. I WILL NEVER ORDER ANOTHER THING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN, and I most sincerly hope they are out of business soon and the owner(s), and anyone else guilty of this scam is proscuted to the full extent of the law.

"BUYER BEWARE! Vendor's web site did not match price advertised on Pricewatch. When I asked the vendor if they would honor their Pricewatch price, they told me to note it in the comments section. I did, but was billed the incorrect amount. FedEx number for order was fake -- order never shipped. I instructed my bank to dispute the charge and told vendor to cancel order. After reading the other reviews, it's clear that the vendor is a fraudulent company."

"Great price for Nero 6.0 OEM! Recieved it in a timely manner. Can't complain about the price.
I also ordered a pair of speakers with a subwoofer for very cheap. Have already ordered again. If you have less money than you have time go with this company. You can also pay $5 and they will ship your item the same day. Don't know about RMAs. Never had a problem.

"They offered Nero 6 OEM for $2.. Then the next day they jack up the price to $3 and throw in "PowerDVD w/CD Key" on their conformation/invoice. But the PowerDVD never shows up.

When I call them, they admitted they increased the price, but denied offering DVD without $3.60 extra DESPITE what their packing slip and invoice says.

"A VERY horrible company! First they charge me for a Serial ATA, which I ordered, but then sent me an ULTRA ATA. When I requested it cross-shipped, they kept telling me they did but there was no tracking number or anything...THE SAME GUY IS ALWAYS THERE!!! He won't transfer you to anyone else unless you're annoying about it...What is there, like 3 people that work there??!!! NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PEOPLE!!!! They DON'T answer their phones, faxes, e-mails and they SUCK AT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I think they just want to rip paying customers off. WHO OWNS THIS COMPANY??? They need to be shut down. I could have my computer for college built by now if it weren't for all this mess!"

"A terrible experience. My customer asked me to place an order for network equipment on April 6th, which I did. I finally heard from them on the 14th via email and they gave me a tracking number -- but the equipment STILL hasn't been sent. Today is April 26th. I have called us-depot numerous times and no one seems very concerned. They have told me that the order should be shipping soon, that they would contact me via email about my order, and that the manager needed to address this and he was not available but would call me back. None of these things happened. I tried to call them today during their stated business hours, and got the voicemail system as if I was calling before or after hours. I don't know what their problem is, but they need to improve or give up. This is no way to do business. My customer is angry that this equipment isn't installed, and with good reason. I will NEVER do business with us-depot again, and you shouldn't either. If you've already placed an order, cancel it as soon as possible."

"Do not use this company! Ordered on March 20 - received a fedex tracking number on the 25th which showed a package (serverly underweight for what I ordered) having been picked up on March 31st. This package arrived at it's destination on April 6th, about 700 miles from where i live. While i might suspect that i was simply given the wrong tracking number, it was signed for by M.Customer. Called them, they said they would ship another. Waited a week, no word. Called again, they said they would find the right tracking number and return my call. Nothing. Called a third time, said they would have to check with Fed-Ex, I said don't bother and cancelled the order... you should do the same."

"Do not buy of therse guys. I ordered 2 cd writers, they only sent me one. After confirming with them They promised to refund. I ha to call them 3 times untill I got fedup. It is 2004 april now, and still no refund. This is ridicilous.
If you want to pay double for what they promise, this is the store to go to.
