"Everything was included in the box needed for easy undercounter installation. I did have to drill a 1 1/4" hole through the granite countertop. (Drill bit not included). Didn't need customer service. Didn't need a plumber. I added a flexible line to attach the adaptor supplied with the kit, because the valve cutoff was interfering with the water supply valve under my sink. This was a very minor fix. We have been enjoying our ionized alkaline water. "
