"I am happy with overall experience of buying used car at Toyota of Tustin. One sad thing was that I noticed that there were 5 cracks on the front window and when I point out that, the service department will take care of that and fix all the cracks. However, after I paid the down payment and sign the documents, the sales person said they cannot fix the window, but they can only repair them. He was such a nice person but I was disappointed at the end. He said the repairs are to make sure the crack won’t get bigger, not fixing them. I will be happy with the car we got if the window gets fixed…"
