"I bought the Coconut Cream Concentrate. So far, I am very disappointed in the Coconut Cream Concentrate as a purported hair conditioner. 1. It took over an hour to melt and mix this over a pot of simmering water. 2. It didn't soften my hair any better than anything else I've ever used. 3. Shipping is WAY too slow. 4. This product is extremely expensive compared to "high end" or organic products. I will not buy this product again, but plan on using the remainder to make some pies or custard."
