"I was in the process of searching for the Riptide Ulterra with the 72-inch shaft 112 thrust. I found a few places online that claimed to have it in stock but really didn't. Clayton emailed me and called the warehouse and told me he was 100% sure they had it and that it would ship the next day. I paid for the motor and it left the warehouse and I received it a few days later in Jacksonville FL. I didn't install it right away but he assured me that if I had any issues he would replace it. I would buy from him anytime!

"I went w the riptide ulterra 80#, 60"shaft, I left a message which was promptly returned by the owner Clayton w some questions concerning my boat set up although his website pretty much has all the info you need to make a sound purchase , I just prefer to speak to someone for such a costly purchase ( I'm old school ). Anyway I ordered my motor on a Tuesday afternoon and had it delivered before noon on Thursday. Impressive but to no surprise , his website states if you order before 2pm items are often shipped the same day. I would order from this company again. Good price, fast delivery, & great customer service. Enough said!

"Bought a loaded Xi5 from TM.net. Unit showed up without a remote hand control. Had some issues with the sn# of the unit when I called to get a remote sent to me. I dealt with Clayton, who I just discovered is the owner of the company. I had no idea. If you ever want to experience REAL customer service, talk to Clayton. This guy is phenomenal!!! Over multiple conversations he would always say...don't worry, we'll take care of you. And he did. Smooth sailing.
