"I was asked by a friend overseas to help purchase a motor from Trolling Motors. I got a lot of the information I needed from their web site. I still had a few questions, and so, I called and got answers to every one, above and beyond what I expect from most places. I called with a follow-up question, and got a quick response. One concern I had was the need to re-ship the motor overseas, so the package could get to Europe quickly, easily and reasonably priced. TM suggested a forwarding company, which they have worked with.
