Well, I ordered the bundle (3 trilastin sr + 3 trilastin ht) plus a dark spot correcting serum. When I got my shipment in the mail, I was surprised to find out the serum was missing. Turned out the serum had been discontinued but yet there was no problem charging me for it on their website. I called to inquire about item and rep said all she could do was forward my inquiry to HR? I think, and that they would get back to me asap. Well they did via email the very next day, apologetic and all. They didn't seem to know either how product even made it to my online shopping cart since it had been discontinued. Maybe website isn't up to date?? Anyway, they assured me a full refund for serum which I received 3 days later. So in closing, lol, I'm a little bummed that the serum didn't exist anymore and that I went through the hassle of being charged for it anyway and having to ask for a refund...hence the 3 stars, but customer service was great. Can't wait to see results from my other items! "

The cellulite cream is good too, bought one tube which lasted a month and saw some improvement in my thigh area. It's a little pricey so I'm not sure if I would purchase again but I would recommend.
