"Ordered a tube of Trilastin on the 28th of February 2015. When I log into my account online, it says that the item is "Not Yet Shipped", however when I email customer service they say that the item was shipped. When I checked out, I chose FedEx but my package was apparently shipped with USPS with NO TRACKING NUMBER. They have to ship your package to your billing address, not sure why because a lot of people have different shipping and billing addresses. I am very dissatisfied with this whole experience and I haven't even tried the product yet. Not expecting much. It's been more than 2 weeks since I ordered the product, haven't received it yet and am not optimistic that I will actually receive it.
