"We had an unexpected issue with our existing tree and I ordered a tree from Treetopia (based in California, where we reside) on 12/18/14 and paid the 2 day delivery charge to ensure delivery absolutely no later than 12/22/14 morning. On the morning of 12/22, Treetopia left a voicemail that the tree was out of stock, but they could give me a full refund!!! Wow, geez, thanks! When I called Customer Service, I asked why they didn't bother to tell until the expected delivery date that the tree was out of stock, "Bobbi" the CS rep, said, with an attitude of 'like, duh lady' "well you just ordered it on the 18th and these things happen with seasonal items - what do you expect" So basically you can order a tree and pay $33 dollars for expedited delivery on a specific date - and you may OR may not get a tree PLUS you will be treated like a moron for expecting a tree on the delivery date! The results and impact for relying on Treetopia: My husband ran all over town on 12/23 looking for a tree - found only a three foot topiary tree - very disappointing. Stay away - Very poorly run business with very poor customer service."
"NEVER order from treetopia. I ordered my tree in November. It was initially sent without a tree stand. I was told I would have to wait another week to get a stand that matched my tree, so I just got one that was a different color which was supposed to arrive earlier, it didn't arrive earlier. We finally got the stand only to find out, they had put the wrong pieces of the tree in the box. So just to recap, 2 of the 4 pieces in the box were wrong. Was then told they couldn't fix it until December 17th! To top it all off, they were mostly unapologetic and and made no effort to remedy their debacle. Extremely poor customer service. Tell everyone you know to NEVER give them any business"
"I purchase a Tuxedo tree from this company while doing so I received an error message and never received an email that my order went through. I went through the purchase process again, this time it went through and I was charged twice and received 2 trees. When I tried to return the tree I was given a RMA number. In my experience RMA numbers mean they are paying for the return, I guess the joke was on me when I called back to let them know I did not have enough numbers. Treetopia said I am responsible for the return which is more then the tree. I deceided to have them sending me a shipping label which cost me $35 and a 10% restocking fee. Customers should have to pay for their website mistake. On top of all that, the tree that I did want looks horrible. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. "

They look so fake wires every wear and mine won't even light up and they said I have to pay 35.00 to have it sent back (shipping) when they sent me a tree that does not even light up! It's discusting now I have a cheap horrible tree that was over 200.00 that won't ven light up and cannot afford a new one really sad.please don't be fooled!"

"DO NOT buy anything from Treetopia! These guys are a rip off. Their trees are horrible! They made no effort to hide any of the wires from the lights. The wires were hanging everywhere. The tree looks so fake it's sad! Nothing like the trees on the website. Don't waste the money!!!"
